Capcom’s Year 4 Character Pass listing names four additional fighters:
- Yasmine
- Arjun
- Tifa
- Bosch
The listing also includes Outfit 1 Colors 3–10 for those characters and 3,000 Drive Tickets. The characters and other content are released sequentially rather than all at once. Arjun’s listed window was autumn 2026, with the specific joining date announced later as October 13.
Drive Tickets and costume colors are pass extras; they do not replace ownership of the base game. If you want only Arjun and have no interest in the other Year 4 characters or the listed bonuses, compare the current individual Fighter Coin offer with the pass price in your storefront.

Do you need Street Fighter 6 to use Arjun?
Yes. Arjun is downloadable roster content for Street Fighter 6. Capcom explicitly states that “a separate purchase of the base game, Street Fighter 6, is required to use these passes.” In other words, buying the Year 4 Character Pass or Ultimate Pass does not provide the game itself.
If you do not own the game, your purchase checklist is:
- Buy Street Fighter 6 for your platform and region.
- Install and launch the base game using the account that will own the add-on.
- Buy either Arjun individually with Fighter Coins or choose a Year 4 pass.
- Allow the character data and any pass content to download or activate.
- Restart the game if Arjun is not visible in the roster immediately.
A physical copy still counts as the base game, provided it is compatible with your console and region. A digital pass without a compatible base-game license cannot be used as a standalone game.

Xbox One is not included in Capcom’s listed Street Fighter 6 launch platforms. The published platform list names Xbox Series X|S instead. How to choose between an individual purchase and a pass
The right route depends less on Arjun’s release date than on how much Year 4 content you expect to use.
- Choose the individual route if Arjun is the only Year 4 character you want and the current Fighter Coin offer is available for your account.
- Choose the Year 4 Character Pass if you also want Yasmine, Tifa, Bosch, the listed Outfit 1 color set, and 3,000 Drive Tickets.
- Inspect the Ultimate Pass listing if you are considering the broader bundle. Confirm its exact contents and price in your country rather than assuming they match the Character Pass listing.
