To steal the Eternal Lunar Dragon Egg in Steal An Egg, build at least 700 million Speed before entering the Cosmic area, then plan for extra Speed to escape with a heavy egg. The 700M figure is a community-reported zone benchmark, not a guarantee of a safe return. Once the egg reaches your base, its listed base hatch time is 7 hours.
What you need before attempting the Cosmic area
The game’s official Roblox listing describes a loop of stealing eggs, hatching pets, earning money, upgrading your treadmill and base, and training Speed. - Train and upgrade first. Use the treadmill and your normal game progression to build Speed. Do not treat 700M as proof that you can carry every egg back safely.

Those are that guide’s reported outcomes, not the configuration baseline for every Eternal Lunar Dragon.
