A new set of gaming announcements spans cloud racing, a no-download card game, voice-led play for children, an active-play campaign and Nintendo releases. These are separate developments—not parts of one product or platform—and availability varies by service, region and game.
What the gaming roundup covers
The Toy Book’s October 6, 2026 roundup brings together five different kinds of play. Its details are a mix of secondary reporting and selected information from Mallow and Nintendo; they are not hands-on evaluations. The access differences are useful to keep in view:

What is Star Wars: Galactic Racer on Amazon Luna?
The Toy Book reports that Star Wars: Galactic Racer launched on Amazon Luna alongside its worldwide release. Developed by Fuse Games, it follows Shade, a lone racer competing in the underground Galactic League during the early New Republic era. The reported vehicle lineup includes landspeeders, speeder bikes, a new skim speeder and podracers; tracks include Jakku, Ando Prime and Sentinel I.
Campaign and modes
The game is described as a runs-based racing adventure with a single-player campaign. Players choose routes and events, build racing setups and unlock upgrades. Arcade and Scenarios modes are also listed, with Sebulba among the rival racers.

Luna access
According to The Toy Book, the game is available on Luna to Prime members in eligible regions, and its single-player campaign is included at no additional cost. That is a region- and eligibility-dependent claim, not a universal promise of access. Check the current Luna listing and account terms for your location before relying on it; the report’s Luna page was not available for confirmation.
How does Yahoo Blackjack Blitz work?
Yahoo Blackjack Blitz is described as Yahoo Games’ second original game since its January 2026 relaunch, following Yahoo Solitaire Roadtrip. Rather than filling a conventional single blackjack hand, players assign cards one at a time across four lanes and try to make exactly 21 in each.
- A lane that busts becomes unplayable.
- Scoring 21 in another lane repairs broken lanes.
- Daily starting hands refresh, and consecutive 21s raise a score multiplier.
The Toy Book says the game is playable on desktop and mobile without a download. It also reports Yahoo Games’ claim that eight new titles launched after the relaunch and that, during the six months following relaunch, daily active users grew by more than 60% while gameplay clicks rose by nearly 25%. Those figures are Yahoo Games’ reported metrics, not independently audited results in the available reporting.

What does Miraculous play on Mallow involve?
Miraculous Corp partnered with Mallow on screen-free, voice-powered play for children. The Toy Book describes an adventure in which children talk with characters, make choices and solve challenges, using a character figurine placed on a Mallow speaker. It describes the story as “Ladybug and the Lost Emotions of Paris,” involving Ladybug and Duusu helping restore emotional balance by identifying feelings, interpreting clues and helping characters understand emotions.
What Mallow’s product information confirms
Mallow’s France-facing product page calls the device an audio-game speaker for children ages 4–10 and lists a compatible game/figurine named Ladybug Mission Emotions – Miraculous. The page describes interactive audio play and says game mode requires Wi-Fi. The listed box contents include the speaker, one starter figurine (Zorp), a manual and a USB-C charging cable; a power adapter is not included.
The Toy Book’s story title and Mallow’s listed product name are not identical, so treat them as descriptions of the Miraculous-themed offer rather than assuming they are verified as the same product listing. Mallow’s FAQ says pre-orders opened September 30, 2026, with initial shipments from October 14, 2026. The official product information is France-facing; the US rollout mentioned by The Toy Book was a plan for the following year, not confirmation of US retail availability.

What did Nex announce with Wrexham AFC?
The Toy Book reports that Nex debuted a campaign starring Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds after announcing a partnership with Wrexham AFC earlier in 2026. The campaign is described as a mock player interview featuring Wrexham players Josh Windass and Ben Sheaf, interrupted by an unexpected young Nex Playground player.
The same report said the campaign came ahead of Sonic Forces joining Nex Playground’s Play Pass on October 7, 2026. That is a reported schedule, not a hands-on assessment or confirmation of the service’s current catalog.

Which Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 games are included?
The Toy Book’s roundup names Minecraft Dungeons II and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — Remastered among Nintendo’s new and updated games. Nintendo’s official US homepage lists both with September 29, 2026 release dates. The roundup describes Minecraft Dungeons II as an action RPG with new locations and challenges, and says the Witcher remaster brings visual, performance and gameplay enhancements on Switch 2.
The Witcher upgrade claim
The Toy Book says existing physical and digital Nintendo Switch owners are eligible for a free upgrade to the remaster, and mentions a paid Songs of the Past expansion planned for 2027. Check Nintendo’s current terms for the relevant region, account and game edition before assuming an upgrade applies: the US homepage’s Switch 2 digital-game listing does not, by itself, establish every eligibility condition.

The roundup also reports that Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition — Nintendo Switch 2 Edition and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 — Nintendo Switch 2 Edition are available, and gives December 3, 2026 as the date for Xenoblade Chronicles 3 — Nintendo Switch 2 Edition. Those details are reported by The Toy Book; the material available here does not independently corroborate them with Nintendo listings.
How should readers interpret these announcements?
- For quick browser play: Yahoo Blackjack Blitz is the roundup’s no-download desktop and mobile option.
- For cloud racing: Star Wars: Galactic Racer is tied to Amazon Luna and reported Prime-member access in eligible regions.
