But “free to claim on PC” overstates what the offer means: the reported option streams the single-player campaign through Luna; it is not evidence of a permanently owned, downloadable PC copy. The report also says Luna access excludes multiplayer. GAMINGbible’s October 6 report is the title-specific source for the offer; Amazon’s general Luna pages explain the service but do not independently confirm this game’s availability.
What “free to claim” means for Galactic Racer
The reported offer is cloud-streaming access through Amazon Luna for Prime members, not a standard PC-game redemption. GAMINGbible reported that Prime members could play the single-player campaign at no additional cost on launch day, without waiting for a lengthy download. It does not say that players receive a permanent license, can install the game locally, or keep access after the offer ends.

That distinction matters: with a redeemed PC copy, the game is associated with an account for installation and play under the store’s terms. Luna runs games on Amazon’s cloud servers and streams them to a supported device. The available report describes Luna access, not ownership. Amazon’s Luna overview explains the streaming model in general, but does not name Galactic Racer.
What you can play on Luna—and what is left out
The title-specific report says Luna includes the single-player campaign but not multiplayer. That is a narrower offering than the full game: StarWars.com describes Galactic Racer as having both a single-player campaign and competitive online multiplayer. The game features landspeeders, skim speeders, speeder bikes, and podracers. StarWars.com announced a worldwide October 6, 2026 release for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

- COMPETE IN HIGH-STAKES RACES - Slam, shunt, and takedown rivals across varied circuits as you pilot land speeders, speeder bikes, skim speeders, and pod racers. The greater the risk, the greater the reward.
- SURVIVE A DANGEROUS UNDERGROUND SPORT - Join The Galactic League - an unsanctioned racing circuit born in the lawless Outer Rim. Become Shade, a lone racer chasing revenge and glory.
- BUILD AND CUSTOMIZE YOUR CRAFT - Pilot different classes of repulsorcraft each with distinct physics and playstyles. Build a ride that showcases your style and gives you a competitive edge.
- BATTLE RIVALS IN MULTIPLE GAME MODES - Ride solo through a story-driven campaign of shifting alliances or brave strategic PvP grudge matches where reputation rides with you.
- CLIMB THE RANKS AND EARN REWARDS - Prove yourself through intense rivalries and escalating challenges. Every choice shapes your prospects as you build your status in The Galactic League.
If you want the complete release, including online competition, the reported Luna option is not a substitute for buying the full game. StarWars.com lists Standard, Deluxe, and Collector’s editions, but the cited announcement does not state their prices.
Luna streaming: devices, internet, and regional availability
Amazon says Luna streams games from cloud servers to supported devices, so the general service does not require a game download, installation, or dedicated gaming hardware. Amazon lists Windows PC and Mac, Chromebook, Fire TV and tablets, iPhone and iPad through a web app, Android devices, and select smart TVs. It recommends an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps for the best experience. These are general Luna service details, not a guarantee of performance or access for this specific game.

Amazon’s September 29, 2026 Luna explainer says Prime members have access to a growing library of cloud-delivered games at no additional cost. It lists cloud-delivered game availability in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Portugal, Belgium, and Luxembourg. That country list does not establish that Galactic Racer is available in every listed market. Check your local Luna catalog and account terms before relying on access; the title-specific offer and its duration are not independently confirmed by the cited Amazon pages.

How to check whether you can play
- Open Amazon Luna in your region and check the current game catalog for Star Wars: Galactic Racer. Amazon’s general country list does not confirm this title’s availability in every market.
- Confirm that the account you will use has Prime membership if you intend to rely on the reported no-additional-cost option.
- Check that your device is supported and that your internet connection is suitable for streaming. Amazon recommends at least 10 Mbps for the best experience.
- Decide whether the single-player campaign is enough. If you want multiplayer or a local PC installation, the reported Luna offer does not establish either; consider the separately sold full release on PC, PS5, or Xbox Series X|S.
Amazon says games outside GameNight can be played with a controller or with mouse and keyboard. Its Luna Controller is described as optimized for cloud gaming, but Amazon’s general guidance does not make it a requirement for Galactic Racer.
