There is no complete official list of every country where every Stake site is available. Stake’s terms instead publish prohibited jurisdictions for the global stake.com service, while its licensing page identifies separate local operations in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. The domain matters: Brazil, Colombia, and Peru appear on the global site’s prohibited list despite Stake naming locally licensed operations in those countries.
What Stake’s country list does—and does not—tell you
Stake’s terms give a contractual list of places where the service covered by those terms is prohibited. That list is not an independent survey of gambling law, and it is not a complete roster of countries where any Stake-branded site is available. Stake’s licensing page names selected local operations, not every place where registration or play is permitted.

Stake says it is the user’s responsibility to determine whether registration and use are lawful locally. Its terms also prohibit using the service while physically located in a jurisdiction that prohibits online betting, casino, or live games. Residence, current physical location, the specific domain and product, and local rules can all affect eligibility.

Stake says the restriction applies both to people who reside in a prohibited jurisdiction and to people from elsewhere while they are located there. Ontario is listed separately as a subnational jurisdiction. The list describes Stake’s terms for the service they cover; it should not be treated as a definitive statement of local law or as the restriction list for every local Stake domain.
Local Stake operations are separate from stake.com
Stake’s licensing page identifies these local services and operators. Their existence does not establish that the global stake.com site is permitted in the same country.

| Service or domain | Operator named by Stake | Regulator or authorization identified | Stake.com terms |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stake.bet.br | Stake Brazil Ltda | Brazil Ministry of Finance/Secretariat of Prizes and Betting; PORTARIA SPA/MF Nº 263 | Brazil is listed as prohibited |
| Stake.com.co | Stake Colombia SAS | Coljuegos; C1751 | Colombia is listed as prohibited |
| Stake Mexico | Named permit-holder/operator arrangements | Stake describes the operation as authorized under an official brief | Mexico is listed as prohibited |
| Stake.pe | Stake Peru SAC | Mincetur; sportsbook and online casino license numbers are listed | Peru is listed as prohibited |
| stake.com | Medium Rare N.V. | Curaçao Gaming Authority; license OGL/2024/1451/0918 | Global service subject to its own prohibited-jurisdiction terms |
Stake says some jurisdictions are excluded because of international policies or local legislation; restricted locations may be listed in its terms or blocked using geo-IP controls. A license or authorization named for one operation should not be read as permission to use another Stake domain, or as proof that every person and product is eligible there.
How to check your own eligibility
- Identify the exact service. Confirm whether you mean stake.com or a local Stake operation. Do not assume their terms and eligibility are interchangeable.
- Check Stake’s current terms for your location. Review the prohibited-jurisdiction section for the specific service and confirm whether it addresses your residence and where you will physically be using it.
- Check current local rules. Stake’s list is contractual, not a substitute for determining whether online betting or casino play is lawful where you are.
- Confirm the applicable age requirement. Stake says it does not accept people below 18 or the higher applicable age of majority or gambling age.
- Do not try to bypass a restriction. Stake says circumventing restrictions breaches its agreement. A geo-block or failed registration should be treated as a restriction, not as an invitation to find a workaround.
Stake’s FAQ gives Australia, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and the United States as examples of places where its casino is prohibited. That example list is not exhaustive and does not match the full terms list exactly, so use the terms for the relevant service rather than relying on FAQ examples.

Where to verify the current rules
Stake’s Terms of Service, licensing page, and country-availability FAQ are the relevant official sources to check before registering or playing. Stake’s pages reviewed on October 7, 2026 do not establish a complete positive country-by-country list across all its domains. Terms, licenses, domain operations, and local laws can change, so confirm the current details directly on the appropriate official Stake page.
