To enter St. Amelia Park, get Zoe’s Lanyard from the organ box, use it to enter the Shorefront Family Clinic, and take the Scalpel from the green medical case in the Z Ellis office. At the park’s sealed south entrance, use the Scalpel on the barrier. The gate does not require a numeric code.
What you need to reach the park
The route has two item steps: Zoe’s Lanyard opens the clinic, and the Scalpel cuts through the park entrance. The walkthroughs that document this sequence are third-party guides; KONAMI’s official pages establish the game’s setting and platforms but do not document this puzzle.

- In Zoe’s house, open the organ box with 956 on the left lock and 133 on the right lock. Take Zoe’s Lanyard.
- Go to the Shorefront Family Clinic and use the lanyard at the entrance.
- Enter the Z Ellis office. Take the Scalpel from the green medical case beside the computer.
- Return to the sealed south entrance of St. Amelia Park and use the Scalpel on the barrier to cut through.
Which code opens St. Amelia Park?
None of the reported codes opens the park gate. The entrance is an item-use obstacle: use the Scalpel on the sealed barrier rather than searching for a keypad.

Look in the green medical case beside the computer in the Shorefront Family Clinic’s Z Ellis office. The Scalpel is an in-game progression item. Use that item in the game; no physical tool is needed.

KONAMI describes Silent Hill: Townfall as a first-person psychological horror game set on the Scottish island of St. Amelia, with Simon Ordell as the protagonist. Its product page describes the CRTV as a pocket television used to tune into unstable signals.
