SportsMillions says it stopped operating on August 26, 2025. Its announced support period for account, payment and withdrawal questions ended on February 25, 2026, so this is a retrospective review—not a recommendation to sign up, play or deposit. The available evidence does not establish whether SportsMillions was legal in every state or identify a SportsMillions-specific court ruling.
Is SportsMillions still operating?
No. SportsMillions’ own closure notice says the platform became unavailable on August 26, 2025. The notice said support would continue through February 25, 2026, for withdrawal, account, payment-method, past-contest and balance inquiries. That announced period has passed. The notice does not establish whether a former user can still recover a balance or what remedy may be available now. SportsMillions closure notice

Was SportsMillions legal?
The available sources do not support a definitive answer for every jurisdiction. SportsMillions’ former promotional copy said, “At SportsMillions.com it is ALWAYS FREE to enter or win our games. No Purchase Necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Terms of Service apply.” This describes how the operator presented the service; it is not an independent legal finding that the platform complied with the law everywhere. Archived SportsMillions page

That is general industry context, not evidence that SportsMillions was a defendant or that a court ruled on its legality. The sources reviewed do not identify an authoritative court judgment or regulator decision specifically determining whether SportsMillions violated a law. SEC-filed annual report

What were SportsMillions’ former rules and cash-out terms?
Age and state restrictions
A SportsMillions help article updated September 19, 2024 said registrants had to confirm they were over 18 and did not live in a restricted state. That is a historical sign-up rule, not a current eligibility list or proof of the rules that applied in every jurisdiction at every point in the service’s history. SportsMillions sign-up guidance
Withdrawal instructions
A help article dated December 4, 2024 said deposited funds had to be played through once before becoming eligible for withdrawal and listed a $10 minimum withdrawal. These were historical instructions; they do not show that withdrawals remain available or that a former user can now redeem a balance. SportsMillions withdrawal guidance SportsMillions closure notice

Who operated SportsMillions?
SportsMillions identified Special M Limited, incorporated in Gibraltar, as its owner and operator, and B2 Services OÜ as its payment-services agent. Those are the entities named by the platform; their identification alone does not determine legal compliance or a former user’s rights. SportsMillions company information
What should former users do about an account or balance?
The closure notice listed account, payment and withdrawal inquiries among the issues supported through February 25, 2026. Because that date has passed, the reviewed sources do not establish a current support contact, whether individual claims are still being handled, or what remedy applies to any particular balance. Keep any account records, transaction confirmations and correspondence you already have, and avoid relying on third-party pages that describe the service as active when they conflict with the operator’s closure notice.
