Spoonful of Comfort’s 2026 foundation description says the foundation has funded innovative breast cancer research for more than 30 years and has raised more than $43 million to accelerate breakthroughs and improve care. These are figures reported by Spoonful of Comfort, not independent measurements of this package’s contribution or its research impact.

Taste of Home, in an article syndicated by Yahoo on October 1, 2026, reported the collaboration as available during Breast Cancer Awareness Month and described the package as starting at about $175 plus shipping and handling. Spoonful of Comfort’s page lists the more precise starting price of $174.99; shipping and the final total should be checked at checkout.

Taste of Home attributed a statement to Spoonful of Comfort founder Marti Wymer about sending care from a distance while helping fund research. The package is a physical care gift as well as a charitable collaboration, but the available product-page information does not establish a per-package donation amount or quantify the package’s research impact.
A separate Spoonful of Comfort promotion for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation ran from June 16 to July 30, 2020. It used code PCRF and specified a donation valued at 15% of the purchase price, excluding tax and shipping, or a minimum of $10 per package. That was a time-limited pediatric-cancer campaign with different terms; it does not describe the 2026 Vera Bradley Foundation collaboration.
