How slim is it, and what does the magnetic ring add?
The stated product weights are low, and slimness is a core part of the case’s appeal. In one Reddit owner’s account, the case felt very slim, and the magnetic ring was useful with a desk stand. That is an individual impression, not a measured comparison with other Fold8 cases or a guarantee that every magnetic accessory will work as expected.

The available sources do not validate a particular accessory, charging speed, alignment, or compatibility combination. Does it protect the hinge or the front frame?
Spigen Europe says the case provides full hinge coverage. That is a manufacturer claim about the design, not an independently tested result. The sources provide no controlled drop tests, impact ratings or comparison showing how much protection it offers in a fall.

This is one person’s experience, not evidence of a widespread defect, but it is a practical concern for anyone who carries a Fold8 in a pocket or wants to keep the screen frame clean. Is it available in the US, and where can you buy it?
The available regional listings establish an India product page and a Europe page with UK-only shipping; they do not establish a confirmed US retail listing. A Spigen Korea storefront search result also included the Air Skin Aramid MagFit among Fold8 cases, but its displayed 89,000 won price was dynamic and should not be treated as current.
