Sonos is running a separate US sale during Amazon’s October Prime Big Deal Days, with discounts of up to 25% on soundbars, subwoofers and speakers, according to October 6, 2026 coverage. The clearest listed example is the Sonos Beam (Gen 2), shown at $359 against a $499 reference price. That is one product’s reported price—not a promise that every Sonos item is 25% off.

This is presented as Sonos’s own promotion, timed to overlap with Amazon’s October Prime Big Deal Days—not as an Amazon-run sale. Other retailers were also promoting competing deals during the event; MacRumors reported on sales from Best Buy, Walmart and Sony on October 5, 2026.
The clearest specific deal: Sonos Beam (Gen 2)
Sonos’s US product page displayed the Beam (Gen 2) at $359 when accessed for the sale coverage. The Verge, in a report republished by Yahoo Tech on October 6, also reported a $359 price at Amazon and Best Buy, describing it as $140 off the $499 reference price. #1 Best Overall
- The new acoustic architecture replaces Move's single tweeter with two, unlocking a higher-fidelity stereo soundstage with crisp vocals and detailed instruments. With deep, dynamic bass powered by the precision-tuned woofer, you'll feel the emotional charge of a live performance.
- With automatic Trueplay tuning, Move 2 continually optimizes the sound for its surroundings. So, no matter where you are or what you play, you get the best listening experience.
- Listen twice as long as with the previous generation. All the acoustic updates work in concert for increased efficiency, giving you up to 24 hours of playback on a single charge.
- Shock absorbent materials protect against accidental drops, and the IP56 rating ensures spills, splashes, rain, dirt, and dust don't dampen your listening experience.
- Use the built-in handle to bring your music from one place to the next. When the battery needs a boost, set Move 2 on the included Wireless Charging Base, upgraded with a detachable power cable and more compact adapter. Charge on the go with any USB-PD power supply.
The Beam (Gen 2) is a Dolby Atmos soundbar, according to Sonos’s fact sheet. Sonos lists its dimensions as 25.63 × 3.94 × 2.72 inches and its weight as 6.2 pounds. Those are manufacturer specifications, not independent measurements or a listening test.

How to check whether a Sonos deal is worthwhile
- Confirm the exact model. The headline discount covers categories, not a verified list of models. Make sure the listing names the product you intend to buy.
- Compare the actual prices. Treat $359 versus $499 as the reported Beam Gen 2 example, not as a price or discount that applies to every item.
- Check what is included. The available sale coverage does not establish a complete lineup or bundle contents. Confirm whether the listing is for an individual product or a bundle.
- Verify the seller and checkout price. Sonos, Amazon and Best Buy were cited for the Beam example, but a price at one retailer does not guarantee the same price or stock at another. Check the final cart total.
- Look for timing details on the live listing. The cited reports do not establish when the sale ends, so do not assume the price will remain available through the full Prime Big Deal Days event.
