No authoritative Solitaire Clash status page, current incident notice, or official step-by-step troubleshooting guide was found, so an outage cannot be confirmed from the available information. Identify what “not working” means
The right first test depends on the symptom. A game that closes immediately has a different diagnostic path from one that opens but says “no network.” User reports use phrases such as “Not loading when I open the app,” “can’t log in at all,” and “Says no network.” Those phrases describe possible symptoms, not a measure of how widespread any problem is.
| What you see | What it may indicate | Start with |
|---|---|---|
| The app will not open, closes, or freezes on launch | An app or phone-state problem, an update mismatch, or a temporary process failure | Close and reopen the app, then restart the phone |
| A logo or loading screen never finishes | A connection path that is unstable, an app process that is stuck, or a service-side problem that is not currently verified | Test another app and switch networks once |
| The game opens but sign-in fails | A connection issue, an account-authentication issue, or uncertainty about which sign-in method holds your progress | Stabilize the connection and avoid deleting local data |
| A “no network” or similar message appears | The game cannot reach its service even though the phone may show a strong signal | Try Wi‑Fi and mobile data separately and check network restrictions |
This table is a triage aid, not a diagnosis. The available sources do not establish a single cause or a guaranteed fix for Solitaire Clash.

Do these reversible checks first
Work through the sequence in order. Stop when the game works again, and note which step changed the result. Restarting or changing networks does not prove that the underlying cause is fixed, but it narrows the possibilities without risking account information.
- Check whether the problem is limited to Solitaire Clash. Open a different app and a normal webpage. If both also fail, restore the phone’s internet connection before troubleshooting the game. If they work normally, continue with app-focused checks.
- Switch networks once. Turn off Wi‑Fi and try mobile data, or turn off mobile data and join a trusted Wi‑Fi network. A strong signal indicator does not guarantee a stable connection; an official support article for another mobile game explains this general limitation and recommends trying the other connection type. It is context for mobile games, not Solitaire Clash-specific policy: support.disney-solitaire.com connection guidance.
- Close and reopen Solitaire Clash. Remove it from the phone’s recent-apps view or use the platform’s normal close command, then launch it again. This clears a temporary app process without deleting your account or game installation.
- Restart the phone. A full restart can release a stalled network session or app process. The same general mobile-game support guidance cited above includes restarting as a low-risk check.
- Check the official app store for an update. The third-party Solitaire Clash troubleshooting page lists updating the app and the operating system among its suggestions for iPhone users, and its Android guidance also mentions updating. The page is not publisher documentation, so treat the advice as a troubleshooting lead rather than a guarantee: JustUseApp’s Solitaire Clash problem page.
- Retry after the update, if one was installed. Open the game on the same network first, then test the alternate network if the error remains. This gives you a clear before-and-after result to report to support.
- Write down the exact message. Record whether the game closes, spins indefinitely, says there is no network, or rejects sign-in. Include the time, phone platform, and whether another app worked. Precise symptoms are more useful than reporting only that the game is “broken.”
If Solitaire Clash will not open or freezes during launch
Close and relaunch
Start by closing the game and opening it again. If the phone’s recent-apps screen shows several demanding apps, close those as well, then retry Solitaire Clash. This is a temporary-process check; it does not change your account or remove the installation.
Restart before making changes
If relaunching has no effect, restart the phone and try once more. Do not interpret one successful launch as proof that the issue cannot recur; record the circumstances so you can describe them if support is needed.
Install available updates
Open the device’s official app store, search for Solitaire Clash, and install an offered update. Also check for an operating-system update in the phone’s normal settings. The available Solitaire Clash-specific update suggestions come from a third-party page rather than Aviagames, so menus and update requirements may differ by device.

Do not jump straight to reinstalling
Reinstalling is mentioned as an iPhone suggestion on the third-party troubleshooting page, but that page does not establish what account or local progress information is retained. Before removing the app, confirm that you know the sign-in method connected to your account and that you can use it again. If you are unsure, contact Aviagames first through in-app Player Support or the Aviagames support page.
If loading never finishes or the game says there is no network
Separate an internet failure from a game-specific failure
Open a webpage and another app that normally uses the internet. If they fail too, focus on the phone’s connection: move closer to the router, reconnect to Wi‑Fi, or enable mobile data if your plan permits it. If other services work, the issue may be limited to the game, its connection route, or a service-side problem; the available information does not identify which one.
Try Wi‑Fi and mobile data independently
Switch only once, then retry. If Solitaire Clash works on one connection but not the other, note that result. It points support toward a network path or restriction rather than proving that either the phone or the game is defective. Full Wi‑Fi bars are not a stability guarantee, as the separate game’s official support article explains; use that as general context, not as an official Solitaire Clash instruction.

Review VPN and network settings cautiously
The third-party Solitaire Clash page suggests checking VPN and network settings for connection problems. If a VPN or filtering profile is active, temporarily pause it only if you understand how to restore it and your network policy allows the test. Avoid changing security settings permanently just to make one launch succeed. Record whether the game behaves differently with the normal connection.

Check Android background-data access
The Android portion of the same third-party guide lists background-data settings as a connection check. Android labels vary by manufacturer and version. Use Settings search for “background data,” “mobile data,” or “data usage,” open Solitaire Clash’s network controls, and verify that the app is not blocked from using the connection it needs. Do not assume a menu path from another phone is identical to yours; if you cannot identify the setting, ask support rather than changing unrelated restrictions.
Update and restart again
If the connection is working in other apps, install any available Solitaire Clash update and restart the phone before testing again. These steps are reversible and are the least risky options listed in the available guidance.
If you cannot log in
First decide whether the login screen itself loads
If the sign-in screen never appears, treat the problem as a loading or connection issue and follow those checks first. If the screen appears but rejects the attempt, capture the exact error and stop before deleting the app or its data.

The available Android guidance mentions clearing app data, but it does not document whether that action affects local progress, stored credentials, or the way an account is recovered. Reinstalling on iPhone has the same uncertainty. Do not present either action as risk-free. Confirm which sign-in method you used, whether you have access to that email, phone number, platform account, or other credential, and whether your progress is linked to a server account. If any answer is unclear, contact support first.

Retry only after the connection check
Use a known-working network, close and reopen the game, and try the normal sign-in method once. Repeated attempts can make the symptom harder to describe and do not establish why the first attempt failed. Save a screenshot of any message that remains.
Escalate account-specific errors
Aviagames has directed players to in-app Player Support or https://www.aviagames.com/support in a response reproduced on Trustpilot. iPhone or iPad
- Close Solitaire Clash from the app switcher and reopen it.
- Restart the device if relaunching does not help.
- Check the App Store for a Solitaire Clash update and check for an available operating-system update.
- Test Wi‑Fi and mobile data separately, if mobile data is available and permitted.
- Before deleting the app, confirm the account sign-in method and ask support about recovery. The third-party guide mentions reinstalling but does not establish what data is retained.
Android phone or tablet
- Use the device’s recent-apps screen to close Solitaire Clash, then reopen it.
- Restart the device and install any available app or operating-system updates.
- Review Solitaire Clash’s mobile-data and background-data permissions. Exact labels and locations differ by Android version and manufacturer.
- Try Wi‑Fi and mobile data separately, then record which connection produced which result.
- Do not use Clear storage, Clear data, or an equivalent command until you know how the account is recovered. The available Android guidance names clearing data but does not establish its effect on local state.
Understand the risk of reinstalling or clearing data
Reinstalling removes the installed app. Clearing Android app data removes locally stored information for that app. Neither action is established by the available sources as a safe way to preserve Solitaire Clash progress, and neither is a guaranteed fix for a server, network, or account problem.
| Action | Risk level | Use it when | Before you do it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Close and reopen | Low | The app is frozen or has a temporary launch failure | Nothing beyond noting the symptom |
| Restart the phone | Low | The app or connection may be stuck | Save other work normally |
| Switch networks | Low | The game reports no network or loading stalls | Know whether mobile-data charges or limits apply |
| Install an app or system update | Low to moderate | An update is offered by the official store or device settings | Use the official update channel and sufficient battery or power |
| Reinstall the game | Potentially destructive to local state | Only after support or your account setup makes recovery clear | Confirm sign-in credentials and how progress is linked |
| Clear Android app data | Potentially destructive to local state | Only after you understand account recovery and support advises it, if appropriate | Confirm the account and preserve screenshots of errors |
If you already cleared data or reinstalled and cannot sign in, stop trying random credentials. Use Aviagames support and provide the account identifier or sign-in method you used, the device platform, the approximate time of the change, and any purchase or profile information you can safely verify.

How to interpret a possible outage
The searched material did not produce an authoritative Solitaire Clash incident notice, live status page, affected-region statement, or current app-version advisory. Therefore, you cannot responsibly label your error a confirmed outage based only on a loading screen or reports from other players. The JustUseApp page is third-party troubleshooting content, and the Trustpilot entry is a reproduced support response rather than a live status report.
You can still collect useful evidence. Check whether the same account fails on both Wi‑Fi and mobile data, whether other apps work, and whether the problem persists after a restart and an official update. Share those observations with support instead of assuming the service is down. If Aviagames later posts an incident notice, follow its timing and scope rather than applying an unverified estimate to every player or region.
Contact Aviagames with a useful report
Use in-app Player Support if the game opens far enough to reach it. If it does not, open https://www.aviagames.com/support. This route is supported by an Aviagames response reproduced on Trustpilot; the available information does not verify another official contact route for this particular issue.
Include the following in one message:
- The exact symptom: will not open, endless loading, sign-in rejection, or “no network.”
- Your device type and whether it runs iOS or Android. Include the operating-system version if you can see it.
- Whether Solitaire Clash is updated through the official app store.
- Whether another app or webpage worked at the same time.
- Whether you tested Wi‑Fi and mobile data separately and what happened on each.
- The approximate date and time of the failure, including your time zone if relevant.
- The exact on-screen wording and screenshots, with private credentials or payment details hidden.
- Your normal account sign-in method, without sending a password.
- Any change immediately before the problem, such as a phone update, network change, reinstall, or data-clearing action.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or complete payment-card numbers. Ask support what information is safe to provide if they need to locate the account.
A compact decision path
- Another app or webpage also fails: fix the phone’s internet connection, then retry Solitaire Clash.
- Other services work, but Solitaire Clash fails on one connection: switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data and report the difference.
- Both connections fail only in Solitaire Clash: close the app, restart the phone, check official updates, and review Android background-data access if applicable.
- The game opens but sign-in fails: preserve the installation and local data, confirm the sign-in method, and contact support with the exact error.
- You are considering reinstalling or clearing data: pause until account recovery is clear or Aviagames support advises the next step.
This process prioritizes reversible checks because the available evidence does not identify a universal fix, a confirmed current outage, or a documented Solitaire Clash data-recovery procedure.
