What the public CHOICE review establishes
CHOICE identifies its tested sample as a double spring mattress with a claimed firm feel and a pocket-spring core. Its public page lists these specifications, with no publication year displayed:

Construction and options Snooze lists
Snooze describes the Madison Times Square as Australian-made and assembled by hand. The retailer says it has a 7-zone copper pocket-coil system, gel and memory-foam comfort layers, and a pillowtop with breathable stretch-knit fabric. Snooze also lists natural latex in the medium and firm feels. These are retailer descriptions, not independently verified performance findings. Snooze’s product copy says, “Comfort and technology come together in the Madison Times Square mattress”; that is marketing language rather than an expert assessment.

What the price information means
CHOICE’s page displays a price of $4,799 and a “price paid on sale/after bargaining” of $2,400. The page does not display a publication year for these figures, so they should be treated as source-specific historical or sampled context—not current offers or a reliable prediction of what you will pay.

Snooze lists a 10-year warranty and says the mattress is compatible with adjustable bases except in the Ultra-Firm feel. The available product information does not establish the full warranty conditions. Before buying, check the written terms for the selected configuration and confirm the base compatibility if you need an adjustable base.

How to decide whether it suits you
The public information is useful for narrowing down configuration and fit, but it is not enough to judge comfort, support, or durability. Compare the mattress with alternatives in the same size and a similar feel, and look for independently reported results that cover:
- Support when new and after extended use, including for sleepers of different sizes
- Stability, sagging resistance, and wear
- Breathability and warmth or coolness
- Thickness and weight, if those matter for your bed frame or handling
- Warranty terms, trial or exchange conditions, adjustable-base compatibility, and delivered price
CHOICE names several of these test dimensions for the Madison Times Square, but the public page does not reveal the model’s scores.
