How fast is it? Benchmark scores by test
There is no single device-independent benchmark score for the chip. Tests run on complete phones, so cooling, firmware, memory configuration and benchmark version all affect the result.

| Benchmark result | Test device and source | How to interpret it |
|---|---|---|
| AnTuTu: 2,104,905 total; CPU 483,422, GPU 891,935, memory 388,619, UX 340,929 | iQOO Neo 10, as reported by Beebom Gadgets in 2025 | A device-specific result; the report’s cited figures should not be treated as a universal chip score. |
| Geekbench 6: 2,158 single-core; 6,989 multi-core | iQOO Neo 10, as reported by Beebom Gadgets in 2025 | Compare with Geekbench 6 results from other devices, not Geekbench 5 scores. |
| AnTuTu v10: 1,975,046–2,043,045; reported mean 2,010,102 | Notebookcheck’s living database: Nothing Phone (3), Xiaomi Pad 8 and Xiaomi Poco F7 | A cross-device database range and average, not a controlled chip-only test. |
Beebom also reports that its iQOO Neo 10 retained 80% in a 15-minute CPU throttling test. Its measured GIPS values were 549,579 maximum, 485,827 average and 414,382 minimum. These figures describe that phone under that test’s protocol; they do not establish how another model will perform during a long gaming session.
The database results reinforce why comparisons need a benchmark version and model name. AnTuTu v10 figures should not be compared directly with AnTuTu v11, and a database average is not equivalent to a lab-controlled comparison of processors. Notebookcheck also lists Geekbench 5 samples; those are not directly comparable with the Geekbench 6 figures above.
What Qualcomm’s performance claims mean
Qualcomm advertises 31% improved CPU performance and up to 49% improved GPU performance versus the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. These are manufacturer comparisons with the previous generation, not independent benchmark scores or guarantees for a specific phone. Qualcomm’s product materials qualify results as dependent on OEM implementation and other factors. See the official Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 platform page for the claims and feature details.

Which phones use Snapdragon 8s Gen 4?
Evidence in the cited device listings and testing includes the Xiaomi Poco F7, Nothing Phone (3), Xiaomi Pad 8 and iQOO Neo 10. Beebom’s benchmark results are from the iQOO Neo 10; Notebookcheck lists the Poco F7, Nothing Phone (3) and Xiaomi Pad 8 in its benchmark database. A tablet result is useful for illustrating device variation, but it is not a phone comparison.
Before choosing a phone, confirm the exact regional model and processor in its specification page or retail listing. A model name may have regional or configuration variants, and the presence of a chipset in one version does not prove that every version uses it. The chip is integrated into a device, so buyers choose a phone rather than a standalone processor.
How to compare phones with this chip
- Match benchmark versions: Compare AnTuTu with the same AnTuTu version, and Geekbench 6 with Geekbench 6.
- Compare exact devices: Record the model tested, since thermal design and firmware shape the outcome.
- Look beyond short benchmark runs: Sustained performance and cooling matter for prolonged gaming and other demanding workloads.
- Verify the implementation: Check the phone’s display refresh rate, memory configuration, storage and connectivity rather than assuming all platform capabilities are present.
Qualcomm’s product brief also lists Snapdragon Elite Gaming features, Quick Charge 5 support, UFS 4.0, LPDDR5X and USB 3.1 Gen 2; a device’s actual charging, ports and other retail features remain manufacturer choices. SoyaCincau’s April 3, 2025 launch coverage summarizes announced platform capabilities but is not an independent benchmark test.
