Its platform page outlines those capabilities, but a feature list alone does not establish how it performs against the Dimensity 7400-Ultra in a particular phone. Xiaomi identifies the REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G on its India product page as using “MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Ultra,” and describes it as a TSMC 4 nm processor. How to read Qualcomm’s performance claims
In its May 15, 2025 announcement, Qualcomm claimed Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 delivers a 27% increase in CPU performance, 30% faster GPU graphic renderings and a 65% improvement to AI performance. Those figures compare the platform with its predecessor; they are not claims of gains over Dimensity 7400-Ultra. Qualcomm’s May 15, 2025 launch announcement.

There is not enough like-for-like evidence here to name a universal winner between Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and Dimensity 7400-Ultra. The available aggregate results favor Snapdragon over the standard Dimensity 7400 in the reported AnTuTu 11 and 3DMark tests, while the Ultra’s Geekbench figures come from one phone configuration. Neither comparison settles how the two chips perform head to head in equivalent phones.
