Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 leads the Dimensity 7300 Plus in the benchmark results reported by 91mobiles. Its published scores are higher in AnTuTu and Geekbench 6, and its CPU layout includes a faster prime-core ceiling. Those figures describe tested devices, not a guaranteed advantage in every phone: cooling, memory configuration and software can change real-world performance.
How the two chipsets compare on paper
The Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 uses a three-tier CPU layout, while the Dimensity 7300 Plus is reported with two types of CPU cores. The clock speeds below are maximums, not promises that a phone will sustain those speeds under a long workload.

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 product brief is the source for that chip’s CPU, process and memory details. The Dimensity Plus specifications and the Adreno 722 identification above are reported by 91mobiles’ comparison page; a MediaTek-owned page for the exact Plus variant was not established in the available sources. Supported memory is a platform capability, not necessarily the memory fitted to a particular handset.
What the reported benchmark scores show
91mobiles reports higher scores for the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 in each of its listed tests. These are the publisher’s device-tested results, accessed October 7, 2026; they are not universal scores for every phone using either processor.
#1 Best Overall
| Test reported by 91mobiles | Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 | Dimensity 7300 Plus |
|---|---|---|
| AnTuTu | 1,457,989 | 728,221 |
| Geekbench 6 single-core | 1,385 | 1,020 |
| Geekbench 6 multi-core | 4,314 | 2,874 |
The gap points to stronger performance in those reported results, but it should not be read as a precise prediction of how two retail phones will feel or perform. The comparison does not establish a controlled same-phone test, and handset model, operating software, thermal design and test conditions influence results. Benchmark figures can also change as publishers add samples or update testing.
Keep Dimensity 7300 results separate from the Plus comparison
NanoReview reports a separate comparison between Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and Dimensity 7300, not an explicitly identified Dimensity 7300 Plus. Its figures are useful context for the related non-Plus chip, but they are not additional Plus-variant scores.
| NanoReview test | Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 | Dimensity 7300 |
|---|---|---|
| Geekbench 6 single-core | 1,270 | 1,001 |
| Geekbench 6 multi-core | 4,106 | 2,918 |
| AnTuTu 11 | 1,329,936 | 879,714 |
These are NanoReview’s reported results, accessed October 7, 2026, with sample counts that differ from the 91mobiles comparison. The two publishers’ numbers should not be combined into one benchmark series: they use different comparison pages and test contexts, and NanoReview’s MediaTek entry is the Dimensity 7300. See NanoReview’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 vs Dimensity 7300 page for that comparison.

In its May 15, 2025 announcement, Qualcomm claimed a 27% CPU performance increase, 30% faster GPU graphic rendering and a 65% improvement to AI performance versus the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. Those are Qualcomm’s claims about its own previous generation; they are not measured advantages over the Dimensity 7300 Plus.
Qualcomm’s product brief cautions: “Results will vary, depending on OEM implementation and other factors.” That qualification matters because phone makers determine how a chipset is cooled and configured, and those choices affect sustained performance as well as power use.
Which processor should guide a phone purchase?
If benchmark performance is your main criterion, the reported 91mobiles results favor the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4. But a chip comparison alone cannot determine which complete phone is the better buy. Compare the specific models available to you, including:
- Price and regional availability
- Cooling design and performance under sustained use
- Installed memory and storage configuration
- Display, battery and charging
- Camera hardware and image-processing features
- Software support and warranty
A phone with a different thermal design or memory configuration may deliver a different experience from another device using the same platform. Check the exact processor in the handset’s regional specification sheet, then weigh its full feature set and price against the alternative.
