How long does a smart ring battery last?
Oura lists a typical battery life of 6–9 days for Ring 4 in its Oura for Organizations overview. This is Oura’s stated typical figure, not an independent test result or a guarantee for every owner.

Which sensors and insights matter?
Compare measurements and what the companion app does with them. Oura lists temperature sensing and says its rings track more than 20 body signals, including heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), temperature, and sleep.
