To unlock the Ouwigahara dungeon in Slayers 2, reach level 65, take Blacksmith Togane’s other-forge quest in Hidden Mist Village, then follow its marker to the purple portal and interact with it. After registering the portal, select Ouwigahara from the hub for later runs. Dungeon Points buy progression items, while run cards can trade extra points for greater risk.
How to unlock the Ouwigahara dungeon
- Reach level 65. This is the access requirement reported by the Slayers 2 Wiki.
- Go to Hidden Mist Village and speak with Blacksmith Togane. At the forge, choose his quest for the other forge; the dialogue wording may vary.
- Follow the quest marker to the purple portal. Interact with the portal once to register the dungeon.
- Start later runs from the hub. Select Ouwigahara there rather than repeating the initial portal route.
If Togane does not show the quest option, a fan guide suggests completing any other forge dialogue or quest steps he offers, leaving the menu, then speaking with him again. This is a reported fix, not a confirmed requirement.

What Dungeon Points are for
Dungeon Points earned in runs are used for progression purchases, including the later V2 weapon forge and dungeon-shop options such as chests, refinement ore, and mastery. Gamezebo reports a cost of 90,000 Dungeon Points for a V2 weapon, alongside other required materials; treat that as a guide-reported figure, not a guaranteed current price. Check the live forge or shop interface before spending.

How to choose dungeon cards
Cards modify a run, and some point-boosting options come with greater difficulty or risk. One guide highlights Lucky Draw, Vampiric, Cursed Coin, and Gold Rush; another recommends taking point-raising cards early, then favoring damage and health choices to help survive. These are guide recommendations, not guaranteed best picks for every run.
- Prioritize points when the added risk is manageable. A point bonus can speed progression, but consider the card’s downside before selecting it.
- Choose damage or health when survival matters more. These options may help you get farther through a run rather than chasing a larger point payout.
- Read the live card description. Fan guides disagree about some card effects and whether modifiers last for one floor or the rest of the run. Rely on the current in-game description for the effect and duration shown in your version.
Ouwigahara is not Final Selection
Final Selection is a separate Slayer exam, reported as a level-45 activity. It is not Ouwigahara and does not register the dungeon portal. An open-world raid chest is also not a dungeon clear and, according to a fan guide, does not award Dungeon Points.

The unlock route is consistent across the available fan guides, but they are not official game documentation. Treat level and cost figures as guide-reported values and use the game’s current quest, card, forge, and shop screens as the final reference.
