Reroll when the clan you have does not support the build or goals you actually use—not simply because another name has a higher letter tier. Before confirming a Clan Spin, compare the clan’s current skills, passives and stats with your setup. If the effects fit, keeping a lower-ranked specialist may be more useful than chasing a general tier-list leader.

Pro Game Guides says rerolling uses a Clan Spin from the character customization or Clan roll screen. Because the exact current interface may change, follow the labels shown in your live game rather than relying on an old menu description.

Other fan lists vary, especially outside the leading picks, and none of the reviewed sources is a developer-issued tier list.
