Collect all five blood bags in the Medical Center. Alan Duncan’s bag opens the west wing, Lesley Greer’s opens the east wing, and Sarah Watson’s, Matthew Clark’s, and George McEwan’s bags are used at the central transfusion mechanism. At the final Ordell door, connect H.M., S.W., and T.F. to the center, check the visible paths, then activate the control.
How the five blood bags are used
As you progress through the Medical Center, collect the five named bags and use the map, patient notes, and keys to navigate the wards. Their roles divide into two wing doors and the central transfusion stage:

Bring Sarah Watson’s, Matthew Clark’s, and George McEwan’s bags to the central setup and match them with the patient clues. The bag roles are reported consistently by third-party walkthroughs; KONAMI’s published pages do not document this puzzle’s solution. - At the final Ordell dial, set the connections so H.M., S.W., and T.F. run to the center.
- Check the visible line connections to confirm those are the active paths.
- Activate the Ordell control.
Use the initials and visible connections as your check rather than relying on a copied number of dial turns. Published guides describe turn sequences, but do not establish that every player starts from the same dial orientation. Room labels or route descriptions may also differ between guides, so follow the patient symptom clues and the initials shown on your dial.

Game context
KONAMI describes SILENT HILL: Townfall as a first-person psychological horror game featuring narrative puzzles, with Simon Ordell as its protagonist. The game released on 24 September 2026 for PlayStation 5, Steam, and the Epic Games Store, according to KONAMI’s release announcement; its official product page also lists PlayStation 5 and PC. KONAMI’s June 2026 pre-order announcement said physical PS5 versions were available for pre-order at that time.
