Set the Hotel Room 204 date lock to 18 / January / 1996. The Room Service Card gives you the year; CRTV footage provides the day and month. Once the lock opens, collect the Room 204 Key in the bathroom and use it on the other hotel-room door.
How to solve the Room 204 date lock

Inspect the Room Service Card in the room. The Haldane Hotel menu is marked 1996, which supplies the year.

Set the three date wheels as follows:
- Top wheel: 18
- Middle wheel: January
- Bottom wheel: 1996

When the lock opens, enter the bathroom and take the Room 204 Key. Use it on the other hotel-room door to continue.

What to do if the CRTV channel number does not match
Walkthroughs do not agree on the relevant CRTV channel labels. The Haldane Hotel guide and PowerPyx call it Channel 60, while PowerPyx’s collectible entries describe signals near 50 and 62; AllThings.how also separates the day and month clues across signals. These references do not fully reconcile. Follow the date clues visible in your game rather than relying on a particular channel number.
