To restore power in Zoe’s apartment, take the Electricard from the shop’s cash register, return to the meter beneath the stairs, apply its Card Credit with Button B, then switch on Master Power. You’ll need to combine the apartment’s flashlight and batteries first so you can see the meter.
Get the flashlight working and locate the meter
- Collect the flashlight and batteries while exploring Zoe’s apartment, then combine them to make a working flashlight.
- Go to the small, dark area beneath the stairs. Use the flashlight to inspect the power meter. It needs an Electricard, which is not in the apartment.
Find the Electricard outside the apartment
- Leave the building and head back toward the main street.
- Go to the shop marked as location 2 on the walkthrough map and check its cash register for the Electricard. You can pick up a plank in the shop, but it is not needed for the power meter.
- Return to Zoe’s apartment with the card.
The walkthrough recommends using the peek mechanic to avoid the first enemy encountered on the trip back toward the street when practical. This is a tactical suggestion, not part of the power-restoration sequence.

Use the meter to restore power
- At the meter beneath the stairs, insert the Electricard.
- Press Button A until the display shows Card Credit.
- Press Button B to apply the credit.
- Operate the Master Power switch.

SILENT HILL: Townfall became available on PlayStation 5, Steam, and the Epic Games Store on September 24, 2026, according to Konami’s release announcement.
