Lockbox 36 code: 486. Security Room keypad: 4895. Employee code: 00007820518. In CEG HQ, use those codes in sequence: open lockbox 36 to get the employee code, enter the Security Room, generate and collect the access card, then take the elevator to floor 10. This walkthrough contains puzzle spoilers.
Before you leave the lobby
After the arrival cutscenes, explore the ground floor before proceeding. A walkthrough reports that you cannot leave CEG HQ or save again until you reach the Security Room, so take a moment to orient yourself and collect the documents you want.

- Collect the map behind the lobby desk and read the CEG Notice and Inquiry Preparation Notice.
- Go behind the podium in the main room and pick up “Box IDs and Names.” With hints enabled, it identifies Richard’s lockbox as number 36.
- Enter the nearby Maintenance Room. Inspect the dry-erase board, then open the desk to collect “Grid of Codes.” The code sheet is read from bottom to top.
Sportskeeda’s walkthrough describes the route and the save restriction; TechWiser independently places “Box IDs and Names” at the podium and “Grid of Codes” in Maintenance. Konami’s official game announcement confirms the game and platform context, but does not verify these puzzle solutions. Open lockbox 36 and get the employee code
- Use the lockboxes and enter 486 for box 36.
- Take the Employee File Cover Notice and note the employee code: 00007820518.
Do not try other lockboxes as a shortcut: the walkthrough warns that opening the wrong boxes can damage Simon.

- Experienced entirely in first person, explore, evade, and survive using a limited set of weapons and tools, including a pocket television used to tune into unstable signals. Evasion is tense; combat is frenetic, while narrative driven puzzles reveal a truth that refuses to stay submerged.
- SILENT HILL: Townfall is a full-length, self-contained psychological horror set against the cold, isolated backdrop of Scotland, 1996
Unlock the Security Room
At the Security Room keypad, enter 4895. The walkthrough derives this code by following the arrows from 4 on the Maintenance Room dry-erase board across the keypad. The employee code and keypad code serve different purposes: 4895 opens the room; 00007820518 is entered at a computer inside.
Generate and collect the access card
- At the computer used for user searches, choose “Search for User” and enter 00007820518.
- Generate the Access Card and confirm the prompts.
- Collect the card from the nearby machine. Generating it at the computer is not enough; take the physical card before heading to the elevator.
Optional documents and Tuner
If you are collecting documents, read both messages on the computer nearest the Tuner: “Urgent Message” and “Out of Hours Access.” The Tuner minigame is optional for making the access card and is reported to reveal additional Richard lore. A document collector can also check the Security Room trash clue before leaving this ground-floor section.
