Signup Form V06 is a free front-end page template for a registration screen with email and social signup options, a neighboring image panel, and floating labels. It can provide the presentation layer for a signup page, but it is not a hosted account system: your site still needs to validate submissions and connect them to its own account or identity-provider flow.
What Signup Form V06 includes
Colorlib describes V06 as a split-screen registration layout: one side holds an image and the other the form, with email or social registration options. Its floating labels work without a library, according to the current Colorlib roundup. The publisher provides a demo and download on the Signup Form V06 page.

Colorlib’s exact template page calls it a free template and displays Rok Krivec as author, January 20, 2021 as the page date, 2025 as the release year, and CC BY 3.0 as the license. Those are separate fields on the page; the 2026 in the roundup title does not change the displayed dates or establish that the template code was updated in 2026.

V06 supplies a front-end design, not a provisioned registration backend. The reviewed product description documents the layout, not working social authentication or a connection to an account database. Before launch, adapt the form to the server and identity providers your site actually uses.
#1 Best Overall
- Inspect the demo and download. Check the current form fields, assets, and responsive behavior against your intended registration flow.
- Connect the email route. Send submissions to your own backend, validate the values there, and implement account creation and any verification steps your service requires.
- Wire social routes separately. Configure each supported identity provider and its authentication flow. A social button in the template’s design should not be assumed to authenticate users by itself.
- Validate and protect submissions server-side. Colorlib’s FAQ says its templates include front-end validation only and advises revalidating on the server. It also describes CAPTCHA, honeypots, and server-side rate limiting as possible spam controls; these should be added as needed and are not documented as built into V06.
How V06 compares with nearby layouts
Colorlib’s descriptions of other forms in its roundup give a narrow way to choose by layout and interaction. They are publisher descriptions, not independent compatibility, usability, or performance tests.
| Template | Publisher-described layout or options | When to consider it |
|---|---|---|
| V06 | Split screen with an image beside email or social registration; floating labels work without a library. | When the page should pair a visual panel with signup choices. |
| V05 | Email and social signup in a mobile-ready layout. | When mobile readiness is the stated priority and the split-screen image treatment is not essential. |
| V09 | Minimal layout. | When a simpler presentation is preferable. |
| V10 | Social and email options side by side. | When both routes should be presented together in that arrangement. |
| V13 | Split screen with room for text and no JavaScript. | When explanatory copy alongside the form matters and avoiding JavaScript is a priority. |
The roundup says its collection uses responsive HTML and CSS, with a few lines of vanilla JavaScript where needed, and can be used by itself or in Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6 projects. This is Colorlib’s guidance; it does not establish that V06 has been independently tested in every project or that every described behavior is present in the current download. Review the actual files and integrate them with your own stack.

License and practical fit
The exact template page displays “CC BY 3.0.” The page reviewed does not explain the license terms, so check the license itself before deciding how attribution or redistribution applies to your use.
V06 is a reasonable candidate when you want a visual, split-screen registration page and are prepared to supply the authentication and server-side work. Choose another layout if a minimal form, a different arrangement of signup methods, or a no-JavaScript design is more important. The publisher’s pages do not establish conversion results, security properties, or universal compatibility; make the choice based on the demo and the implementation your site requires.
