Signature Global reported pre-sales of ₹18.3 billion in Q2FY27, down 9% from ₹20.2 billion in Q2FY26 and 7% from ₹19.7 billion in Q1FY27. The company’s operational update, reported by EquityBulls, also showed higher sequential unit sales and collections, but those measures describe different parts of the business.
How Q2FY27 pre-sales compared with earlier quarters
The reported ₹18.3 billion in pre-sales was below both comparison periods: ₹20.2 billion in Q2FY26 and ₹19.7 billion in Q1FY27. Those values correspond to a 9% year-over-year decline and a 7% quarter-over-quarter decline, respectively, according to Signature Global’s operating update as reported by EquityBulls.

Pre-sales are booking figures reported by the company. They are not the same as collections, which represent cash received during the period. The figures here are operating metrics reported through media coverage, not audited financial results; Signature Global’s investor financials page showed no reports for FY2026–2027 when accessed.
Units sold, area and realization
Signature Global reported 454 units sold in Q2FY27, compared with 226 units in Q1FY27, and reported an area of 0.88 million square feet. Average sales realization was ₹17,122 per square foot. These figures were reported from the company’s operational update by EquityBulls.
#1 Best Overall
The update attributed the higher average realization to the launch of Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Gurugram. A rise in units sold does not necessarily mean a rise in booking value: unit volume increased sequentially while reported pre-sales declined.
Collections rose sequentially
Collections were ₹10.1 billion in Q2FY27, up from ₹6.7 billion in Q1FY27. The reported increase was 51% quarter over quarter, according to Realtynmore. This is a sequential comparison, not a year-over-year growth rate, and collections should not be substituted for pre-sales.

Farrukhnagar land acquisition
The operating update also cited the acquisition of 194.22 acres in Farrukhnagar, Gurugram, with approximately 6.77 million square feet of development potential, as reported by ScanX. Development potential describes possible future capacity; it is not completed housing supply.
