Make her leave if you want Sarah’s later encounter with Johnny. Either choice wakes Corinne and advances Novigrad Dreaming; the difference is optional story content, not a better or worse main-quest ending. Spoilers follow.
What Sarah’s choice changes
During the main quest Novigrad Dreaming, Geralt visits a supposedly haunted Novigrad house while searching for the dreamer Corinne Tilly. He discovers that Sarah, a godling, has been causing the disturbances and keeping Corinne trapped in a nightmare. At the oven, Geralt can negotiate with Sarah or threaten to drive her out.

This is not a choice between rescuing Corinne and leaving her trapped: Corinne wakes up either way. The branch determines Sarah’s later story and which optional follow-up content becomes available.

Let Sarah stay for the extra quest and shared home
Choose this route if you want to play Haunted House and prefer Sarah to remain with Corinne. It resolves the haunting through a deal rather than forcing Sarah out.

Make Sarah leave for the Johnny encounter
Choose this route if you would rather see Sarah later with Johnny. Geralt’s threat is the forceful option; Burdock is used in the oven if the quest requires it to make Sarah leave. If Geralt does not already have the ingredient, guides say it can be obtained from a nearby herbalist or herb merchant.

Make your decision before leaving the house and speaking to Rudolf. Prima Games’ walkthrough says the choice is irreversible after that point and affects a conversation during the main quest Bald Mountain. If you want to see both branches on one playthrough, create a manual save before exiting the house.
