First, identify the exact FacialPro Glow version

Shark positions FacialPro Glow as an at-home facial system combining skincare with hydro-powered extraction. Its described functions include exfoliating, clearing pore debris and hydrating the skin. The manufacturer’s launch announcement identifies Derm Detox as a glycolic-acid and salicylic-acid exfoliating gel, and Hydro Infuse as a hyaluronic-acid and peptide hydration product. Those are product descriptions, not independent proof that the ingredients or device will improve a particular person’s skin.

Shark describes Glow as a weekly, multi-step treatment. Follow the directions for the exact model rather than increasing frequency in pursuit of faster results. A beauty device that exfoliates and uses suction is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment of a skin condition, and the available evidence does not show that it treats acne or other diseases.

What the six-week claim can mean
“My skin is clearer” is meaningful as a personal observation only if the writer actually used the device for six weeks and can say what version they used, how often they treated, what their skin was like beforehand, and whether they changed other skincare habits during the same period. Without those details, a first-person result cannot be verified or separated from other causes. Even a well-described single-person experience is not a prediction for other users.
Shark says a study of 60 subjects using the device once weekly for four weeks showed clinically tested improvements in clarity, hydration, pore visibility and texture. The product-page material does not provide the complete study report, protocol, comparison group or outcome measures, so readers cannot assess those claims as they could a fully disclosed study. Treat them as manufacturer-reported findings, not independent proof. Marie Claire’s reviewer described seeing cloudy fluid and skin flakes in the tank after treatment. That is a subjective observation, not a validated measurement of pore cleansing or skin improvement. The reviewer also reported feeling substantial suction even with gentle tips and the lowest intensity; this is one person’s experience, not a clinical finding or a guarantee of how it will feel to you. Marie Claire’s review offers a procedure account, not proof of efficacy.
Is it a good choice for sensitive skin?
Be cautious if your skin is easily irritated or sensitive to exfoliation or suction. A gentle tip does not eliminate the possibility of irritation, and another reviewer’s experience cannot establish your personal tolerance.

Factor in consumables and the upkeep
The purchase price is only one part of ownership. The system uses branded skincare products, and replacement tips may be relevant over time. The launch announcement and current product listings describe Derm Detox and Hydro Infuse, while Shark lists a Gentle Tip Replenishment Kit, model XSKFH3GT. The material available here does not establish current replacement prices, how long a skincare supply or tip lasts, or whether every kit is compatible with every configuration. Check the product page and compatibility details for the precise device before ordering.
That makes the choice partly a question of whether you are comfortable with a weekly treatment routine and potentially buying proprietary skincare or replacement tips, not just whether the device fits your initial budget. The DePuffi bundle adds a function, but also had a higher listed price in Shark’s October 4, 2026 snapshot; whether that extra feature is worthwhile depends on whether you expect to use it.
How to decide whether it fits your routine
- Check the box contents: Match the model number to the listing and verify whether DePuffi and the tips you want are included.
- Read the current guide: Use the instructions and cautions for your model and market before starting, especially if you have easily irritated skin.
