There is no single Seven Knights Re:BIRTH hero-selector pool or universal claim menu. Your eligible heroes depend on the exact selector or ticket name, the update that defined its pool, and the event or reward that issued it. Open the item’s in-game details before choosing a hero; then follow the source event’s own claim instructions and deadline.
Netmarble’s public notices confirm dated pool changes, but they do not publish one universal selection limit, expiration rule, or account-entitlement lookup for every selector. The safest answer for any specific ticket is therefore the item description and event screen shown on your account.

What the selector rules actually establish
Hero selectors are not interchangeable. A ticket can be limited to a named category, a particular event, or a pool that changed in a later update. A notice adding a hero to one list is evidence about that named list and update only; it is not proof that the hero appears in every selector in the game.
The clearest recent example is Netmarble’s September 2, 2026 update notice, which says Hayeon would be added to several specific selector and ticket categories. The notice is useful for identifying the affected item names, but it is not a complete, permanently current roster for every account or ticket.

An earlier October 29, 2025 notice documented Kyrielle being added to specified selectors and tickets. Because that addition was tied to named categories and a dated update, it demonstrates why an older screenshot or a friend’s result cannot establish what your selector contains now.
Both notices are official references: the September 2, 2026 update details (updated September 16, 2026) and the October 29, 2025 update details (updated October 30, 2025).
Which heroes can your selector give you?
Start with the exact item name
Read the full name printed on the item, not just the word “selector” or “ticket.” In the September 2, 2026 notice, the categories named for the Hayeon addition were:

Those names are dated examples of lists that received Hayeon. They do not establish that every item with “Hero Ticket” in its name includes her, nor do they prove that the same list is unchanged after later updates.

Use the in-game pool as the final authority
Open the selector’s details and inspect the heroes displayed as selectable. If the item has an information button, preview, or list, that screen is the account-facing description to rely on. Record the selector’s exact name and the displayed pool before confirming a choice. If the list is not visible, the public notices do not provide enough information to infer it safely.
Check the update date
Hero additions can be made in later updates. A selector that existed before an addition may not behave like a newly issued selector, and an event ticket can have a frozen pool rather than the current roster. Match the item to the update or event that awarded it instead of assuming that the newest hero is eligible.
Eligibility: what can prevent a selection?
Public notices do not reveal an individual account’s inventory, event participation, or entitlement. Eligibility must be checked against the item and account state in the game. Compare the following details before spending the ticket:

- Displayed hero pool: Verify that the intended hero appears in the selectable list.
- Issuing source: Identify the event, mission, check-in, or other reward that delivered the item.
- Event period: Check whether the event is still active and whether its reward has a separate claim window.
- Account condition: Look for any requirement shown in the item or event screen, such as an account-state condition.
- Inventory state: Make sure the ticket is actually in your inventory or mailbox and has not already been consumed.
If the intended hero is absent from the displayed pool, do not use a different selector as a substitute without checking that item’s own list. The September 2026 notice’s Hayeon entries and the October 2025 Kyrielle entries show that additions are attached to named categories, not to a universal selector system.

Are there limits, use counts, or expiration dates?
The official notices reviewed do not define one universal number of choices, one universal use limit, or one universal expiration rule for all hero selectors. Some tickets may be single-use, event-bound, or time-limited, but that behavior must be established by the exact item description or reward notice.
Use this decision rule:
- Open the item details and look for a quantity, “use once” wording, expiry date, or claim deadline.
- Open the event or mission that awarded the item and check for a separate reward-period end date.
- Distinguish an item-expiry date from an event’s claim period. They may not be the same.
- If neither screen states a limit or deadline, treat the rule as unconfirmed rather than assuming the ticket is permanent.
An event notice can also impose a condition after the event expires. The September 2026 update describes a claim-period condition for rewards from expired events; that statement applies to the specified rewards in that notice, not automatically to every selector in the game.
Where do you claim a hero selector?
There is no confirmed universal “Hero Selector” menu that applies to every ticket. Claiming is tied to the reward’s source. An event-issued selector should be claimed from that event’s screen or by following the instructions attached to the event notice. A mission reward may require opening the mission interface first, while a check-in reward can follow an automatic delivery flow.

Netmarble documents two ways to open the Adventurer’s Guide: Lobby → Missions, or the Adventurer’s Guide icon in the lobby. This is a route to that guide, not a general selector-claim path. Use it only when the reward instructions identify the Adventurer’s Guide or a mission within it.

Automatic and mailbox delivery
The September 2026 notice says ongoing check-in rewards are collected when you log in. If inventory space is insufficient, the reward may be sent to the mailbox. That is an example of a specified check-in flow, not proof that every hero selector is auto-claimed or mailbox-delivered.
A reliable claim procedure
- Open the event, mission, or reward page that issued the selector.
- Read the reward text for a claim button, a collection condition, and the final claim time.
- If the reward is listed as automatic, log in under the conditions stated by the notice and then check inventory and mailbox.
- If the event directs you to a mission interface, open the named path, such as Lobby → Missions, and complete the listed collection step.
- After claiming, open the selector itself and verify its pool and deadline before selecting a hero.
- Keep the item in inventory until you have confirmed that the desired hero is listed and that any account or event condition is satisfied.
Why can’t you claim the reward?
Start with the exact message or state shown in the game. The most common explanations supported by the documented reward flows are source, timing, delivery, and item-state mismatches.
The event or claim period has ended
Some rewards have a defined claim period, including conditions for rewards associated with expired events. Reopen the event notice and compare its end time with the current in-game period. A selector can remain visible while its associated claim action is no longer available.
You are checking the wrong menu
A selector from an event should not be expected to appear in the Adventurer’s Guide unless the event says so. Conversely, the Adventurer’s Guide route is not evidence of a universal selector menu. Return to the reward source and follow its named screen.
The reward went to the mailbox
For the documented check-in flow, insufficient inventory space can send rewards to the mailbox. Check both inventory and mailbox before concluding that the reward was not delivered. Do not generalize this behavior to selectors from unrelated events.
The ticket’s pool does not include the hero
Open the item details and compare the displayed list. Hayeon’s and Kyrielle’s dated additions show that pools differ by ticket category and update. A missing hero is not evidence of a broken claim if the item simply has a narrower pool.
Your account state cannot be verified from a notice
Public update pages cannot show whether your account participated in an event, already claimed a reward, or meets an account-specific condition. Use the item’s displayed claim state and the event screen on your account. If those screens conflict, capture the item name, event name, displayed deadline, and message so the game’s official support process can evaluate the specific account state.

How to compare two selectors safely
When deciding which ticket to use, compare the items side by side instead of comparing only rarity labels. The following fields are the useful decision axes; an item may not expose every field in one screen.

If a value is not displayed, mark it as unknown for that item. Do not fill the gap with a rule from another selector.
Keeping your answer current after an update
Selector information is volatile because update notices can add heroes to named lists. Before using a saved ticket, check the latest in-game item details and the notice for the event that awarded it. The September 2026 Hayeon update and October 2025 Kyrielle update are historical examples, not a promise that those lists remain unchanged on October 13, 2026 or later.
Netmarble publishes the game for digital installation and play through its official PC version page; the game is also listed as a free-to-play collectible RPG on Google Play. Those pages describe access to the game, not a separate selector-claim entitlement. A selector is an in-game digital reward, so its eligibility and delivery remain governed by the item and event screens in your client.

One-minute selector checklist
- Copy the selector’s complete in-game name.
- Open its details and verify the displayed hero pool.
- Check the event or mission that issued it.
- Read the item and event for separate expiry or claim deadlines.
- Look in both inventory and mailbox if delivery is not obvious.
- Use the named event path; do not assume Lobby → Missions is universal.
- Confirm the desired hero is listed immediately before selecting.
- Save a screenshot of the item and claim message if your account state appears inconsistent.
