- Read the seller’s terms: Verify delivery charges, trial arrangements, and exchange or return conditions directly with the retailer. The available information does not establish terms for a particular sale.
- Check the law tag: Find the sewn-in tag and confirm the warranty period for the exact mattress before purchase.
Sealy Australia’s mattress guidance discusses sleep position and feel; its stockist locator can help you find a store to ask about availability. A locator listing is not proof that a store carries the Metro Loft.

Sealy Australia says the warranty applies to the original purchaser in Australia, with the guarantee period shown on the mattress’s law tag. Its published terms cover specified faults, including loose, broken, protruding, or torn coils or wires. Exclusions include comfort preference, fabric damage, stains, and normal body indentations under 32 mm. The terms also say a damaged mattress used with a non-Sealy foundation may have its warranty voided. Check the law tag and the current full terms for the specific purchase, since coverage depends on the product, its condition, support base, and type of fault.

See Sealy Australia’s warranty information for its stated terms. The company also says warranty duration varies by product and points buyers to the law tag, so its general guidance should not replace the tag or purchase-specific documentation.
