Yes. Steam’s listing includes a “Download SCP: Project Pneuma Demo” section with a download control. At the same time, Steam labels the full game “Coming soon” and says it is “not yet available on Steam.” A listed demo is not confirmation that the full game has launched, and the store page does not spell out the demo’s exact contents. Check the Steam listing for the current demo access and full-game status.
What kind of game is SCP: Project Pneuma?
Zatun describes it as a single-player, first-person psychological survival-horror game. You play Dr. Alexander Kolchak, an SCP Foundation researcher who survives a containment disaster at Site-63 and seeks Site-19. In the game’s story, a secret protocol called Project Echelon has caused containment failures around the world.
The listing names SCP-173Z, SCP-096Z, SCP-939Z and SCP-239Z among the anomalous threats. Its described gameplay includes stealth, scarce resources, exploration, investigation, environmental puzzles, journals, voice logs and hallucinations that alter how the world appears. The developer says some threats are meant to be avoided rather than fought; these are descriptions of intended gameplay, not independently verified findings.

What does the planned Early Access version include?
Steam’s Early Access FAQ describes Chapter I as the planned Early Access experience, with a complete story campaign, multiple environments, investigation mechanics, environmental puzzles and anomalous encounters. Zatun estimates that most players will need around 2+ hours for Chapter I. That estimate applies to the planned chapter, not necessarily to the currently listed demo.
Chapter II is described as in development. Zatun says it plans to add that chapter, new locations, narrative content, gameplay features and more anomalous encounters during Early Access. The developers currently estimate an Early Access period of approximately 6–12 months, but say the schedule may change. Steam also notes that the price may rise as the game leaves Early Access and gains content.

The developers describe the project as self-published by a small team of two developers and two designers. Those team details and development plans come from the Steam FAQ, not an independent production update.

Steam lists these Windows PC requirements. Compare your computer’s current specifications with the listing before downloading; meeting the minimum is not a guarantee of performance in every configuration.

Steam says integrated graphics are not supported. The requirements are the developer’s published targets; they do not establish how the game performs on any particular PC.
How long is Chapter I?
Zatun’s Steam FAQ estimates around 2+ hours for most players to complete Chapter I. The developer’s itch.io page separately advertises more than six hours of “atmospheric tension,” but does not clearly identify that as the same Chapter I scope. These figures should not be treated as competing measurements of the same build or content.

What should players know about the horror content?
The developer-provided Steam content notice flags intense horror, graphic violence, psychological trauma, supernatural encounters, blood, dismemberment, depictions of death and hallucinations related to mental deterioration. Players sensitive to those subjects may want to review the notice before starting.
Where does the game’s release timing stand?
The Steam page is the clearest current source for availability: it shows a demo section while retaining a “Coming soon” label for the full game. Zatun’s itch.io page previously said Early Access was expected in mid-June 2026, but Steam’s present status does not confirm that timetable. Treat release timing and Early Access duration as developer estimates rather than fixed dates.
