Samsung phones under ₹12,000: October 2026 shortlist
The table reflects 91mobiles’ October 2026 list. RAM and storage are part of each model name because different variants may have different prices. Specifications and the publisher’s scores are not substitutes for hands-on testing.

| Model and variant | Listed price | Key listed specifications | What to consider |
| Samsung Galaxy F07, 4GB/64GB | ₹11,999 | MediaTek Helio G99; 6.7-inch PLS LCD; 50MP+2MP rear and 8MP front cameras; 5,000mAh battery; 25W charging | A newer option in this shortlist, but its listed price is close to the limit. |
| Samsung Galaxy M14 4G, 6GB/128GB | ₹11,999 | Snapdragon 680; 6.7-inch PLS LCD; 50MP+2MP+2MP rear and 13MP front cameras; 5,000mAh battery; 25W charging | More stated RAM and storage than the F07 variant shown here. 91mobiles assigns it a 77% spec score, its own rating rather than an independent test result. |
| Samsung Galaxy A05, 4GB/64GB | ₹9,999 | Helio G85; 6.7-inch PLS LCD; 50MP+2MP rear and 8MP front cameras; 5,000mAh battery; 25W charging | Lower listed price; confirm that the offer is for the 4GB/64GB version. |
| Samsung Galaxy M12, 4GB/64GB | ₹9,449 | Exynos 850; 6.5-inch PLS TFT LCD; 48MP+5MP+2MP+2MP rear and 8MP front cameras; 6,000mAh battery; 15W charging | Lowest listed price in this shortlist. It is an older model listing, so check that a unit is actually in stock. |
| Samsung Galaxy M12, 6GB/128GB | ₹10,899 | Exynos 850; 6.5-inch PLS TFT LCD; 48MP+5MP+2MP+2MP rear and 8MP front cameras; 6,000mAh battery; 15W charging | Higher stated RAM and storage than the listed 4GB/64GB M12 variant. |
Prices and specifications above are listed by 91mobiles’ Samsung phones below ₹12,000 page, titled for October 2026. Its page lists 36 phones below the limit, starting at ₹9,449. It gives the F07 a 76% spec score and the M14 4G 128GB a 77% score; these are 91mobiles’ scores, not laboratory measurements or a head-to-head review.

How to choose between these variants
Start with the exact RAM, storage and network variant
Do not compare a price for one storage configuration with a listing for another. The M14 entry here is 4G, not 5G. Check the product title and specifications on the retailer page before checkout; a similar model name does not guarantee the same network version or memory configuration.

- Display: The F07, M14 4G and A05 list 6.7-inch PLS LCD panels; the M12 entries list a 6.5-inch PLS TFT LCD. The cited list does not establish comparative brightness, refresh rate or viewing quality.
Why other Samsung under-₹12,000 lists may show different phones
Eligible models vary across comparison and buying-guide pages. A Smartprix page indexed as updated October 4, 2026 includes the Galaxy F05 and Galaxy M07 4G. A separate 2026 buying guide names the Galaxy M16 5G from ₹11,499, Galaxy A06 5G from ₹10,499 and Galaxy F16 5G from ₹11,499, describing those figures as official launch prices rather than guaranteed current street prices. These lists should not be combined into a promise that every named phone is available under budget today.
Samsung India’s official smartphone catalogue provides Galaxy A, M and F family browsing, comparison and filters for price, battery, camera, display, network and memory. It does not confirm current checkout prices for the shortlist above.
