Samsung Galaxy Z phones and published India launch prices
Samsung announced Series 8 pre-orders in India on 22 July 2026, with sales scheduled to begin on 5 August 2026. The configuration-level prices below are those published by Samsung India at launch. They should not be read as a snapshot of current retailer prices or discounts.

Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra: large workspace and camera versatility
The Fold8 Ultra is the premium book-style option for buyers who want a large inner display and more camera flexibility. Samsung lists an 8-inch main display, a 200 MP main camera, a 50 MP ultra-wide camera, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy, a 5,000 mAh battery and 45 W fast charging. It weighs 215 g. Galaxy Z Fold8: lighter book fold for viewing and reading
The Fold8 weighs 201 g and has a 4:3 unfolded main display. Samsung lists dual 50 MP wide and ultra-wide cameras, a 4,800 mAh battery and up to 26 hours of video playback. The playback figure is Samsung’s claim, not an independently measured runtime. Samsung positions this model for viewing, reading and browsing, with portability as a priority among book-style folds. Its official FAQ says the Fold8 does not support S Pen or FlexMode: Samsung Galaxy Z overview and FAQ.
Galaxy Z Flip8: compact clamshell
The Flip8 is the compact, clamshell-style choice. Samsung lists its weight as 180 g and its open thickness as 6.1 mm, and highlights FlexWindow, hands-free photography features and a 50 MP camera.
