Samsung’s launch announcement said the Galaxy Z Fold6 “starts at INR 164999 (12GB+256GB).” These are launch-period figures, not current street prices. Samsung Newsroom India’s July 2024 launch announcement is the source for the launch prices.
A Gadgets 360 price snapshot dated 11 September 2026 reported ₹139,900 as the lowest price for the 12GB/256GB model and named Amazon. It does not confirm the listing’s price, seller or stock on 4 October 2026. Check the live listing, seller and delivery eligibility before buying.

Samsung notes that rounded corners affect the displays’ viewable area. Its thickness measurements are for different folded and unfolded configurations. Displays, size and folded usability
The Fold6 has a 7.6-inch inner screen for use when unfolded and a 6.3-inch cover screen when closed. Both are Dynamic AMOLED 2X panels with adaptive refresh rates up to 120Hz, according to Samsung. The listed dimensions show the physical trade-off: it is 12.1mm thick folded and 5.6mm thick unfolded, with a weight of 239g.
Processor, memory and storage
Samsung specifies the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform for Galaxy and 12GB of memory. The India launch configurations were 256GB, 512GB and 1TB. Storage availability can differ by market or sales channel; confirm the exact configuration on the listing before purchase.

Camera specifications and zoom
The rear camera system consists of a 50MP wide-angle camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 12MP ultra-wide camera and a 10MP telephoto camera with OIS. Samsung lists 3× optical zoom for the telephoto camera. Its launch material also describes up to 30× Space Zoom, which combines optical and digital zoom; it is not 30× optical zoom.
For selfies and video calls, the phone has a 10MP camera on the cover display and a 4MP under-display camera on the main screen.
Battery capacity
Samsung lists a 4,400mAh typical dual battery. Capacity alone does not establish how long the phone will last between charges: runtime varies with use and network conditions.
