The Samsung Galaxy S25 is the better fit if you want a compact, light phone; the OPPO Find X9s offers a larger, higher-resolution screen and much greater listed battery capacity. In India, available price listings are not a clean like-for-like comparison: they differ by storage, retailer context and stock status, so check the current price and configuration before buying.

Which phone is easier to carry?
Galaxy S25: the compact option
At 162 g and 70.5 mm wide, Samsung’s phone is the smaller, lighter choice. Its 6.2-inch screen is more manageable if pocketability and one-handed handling matter more than maximum display area.
Find X9s: more screen, more weight
The Find X9s has a 16.74 cm display—about 6.59 inches—and weighs about 202 g. Its listed 2760 × 1256 resolution and up-to-120 Hz refresh rate offer a larger viewing area, but the phone is also wider and roughly 40 g heavier than the S25.

Battery and charging: what the specifications tell you
OPPO lists a 7,025 mAh typical battery capacity and 6,840 mAh rated capacity for the Find X9s, alongside up to 80 W SUPERVOOC wired charging. It also lists compatibility with 55 W PPS and 13.5 W PD. The maximum SUPERVOOC rate depends on using compatible equipment; a USB-C charger does not automatically deliver 80 W.
Samsung recommends a 25 W adapter for the Galaxy S25. That recommendation and OPPO’s capacity and charging figures are specifications, not results from a controlled head-to-head test. They cannot by themselves establish how long either phone lasts in everyday use or how quickly it charges.

Processors and cameras: avoid spec-sheet verdicts
Processor names are not a performance test
The S25 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, while OPPO lists MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500s. Without comparable independent tests, the chip names alone do not show which phone performs better in games, sustained workloads or everyday tasks.
Camera hardware does not determine photo quality
Samsung specifies a 50 MP main camera with optical image stabilization, a 12 MP ultra-wide camera and a 10 MP telephoto camera with 3× optical zoom. An independent listing reports three 50 MP rear cameras for the Find X9s, while OPPO’s specification page lists camera and video capabilities. Megapixel counts do not settle image quality; compare photos and video from the exact regional models if the camera is your deciding factor.

India price difference: compare the same storage and stock status
The available India listings are snapshots, not guaranteed current prices or a matched comparison. 91mobiles displayed the Galaxy S25 at ₹57,999 and marked it out of stock; it showed the Find X9s at ₹84,999. Gadgets 360 listed the Find X9s at ₹84,490 for one 12 GB + 256 GB colour variant and ₹84,999 for other 256 GB colours; its reported Amazon low for the 256 GB variant was ₹84,490 on 6 October 2026. It listed 512 GB variants at ₹94,999. These listings do not establish a reliable price gap between equivalent phones at the same retailer and storage tier.
Check the retailer’s live listing for your preferred colour and storage before deciding. The price evidence is India-specific and should not be treated as global pricing or a guaranteed offer. Sources: 91mobiles’ comparison listing and Gadgets 360’s Find X9s price listing.

Which one should you choose?
- Choose the Galaxy S25 if a light, narrow phone is your priority, or if you specifically want Samsung’s listed 3× telephoto camera.
- Choose the Find X9s if you prefer a larger, higher-resolution display and value its substantially greater listed battery capacity and higher peak wired-charging specification.
- Compare before paying if price is the deciding factor: match storage, retailer, availability and colour, then check the live India listing.
The two models have different strengths rather than a proven overall winner. The right choice depends most clearly on whether you value compact handling or a larger screen and bigger battery specification.
