The OnePlus 13s has the larger listed battery, faster stated wired charging and a lower price in the available India-market snapshot. The Samsung Galaxy S25 is lighter, adds an ultrawide rear camera and wireless charging, and has a Samsung-listed security-update endpoint of 31 January 2032. Choose between them based on those practical differences—not megapixels or battery capacity alone, which do not prove camera quality or real-world endurance.

Size and screen: the S25 is smaller and lighter
The Galaxy S25 is the more compact option by listed weight and dimensions: Samsung gives it as 162 g and 146.9 × 70.5 × 7.2 mm. OnePlus lists the 13s at 185 g with a 6.32-inch display, compared with the S25’s 6.2-inch-class screen. That makes the S25 the clearer pick if reducing pocket weight matters.

Battery and charging: OnePlus leads on paper
OnePlus lists a 5,850 mAh battery and 80 W SUPERVOOC wired charging, while Samsung lists a 4,000 mAh typical battery for the Galaxy S25. OnePlus markets the 13s with the phrase “Best-Ever Battery Life on a Compact Phone”; that is OnePlus’s claim, not an independent endurance result.
Capacity and charging wattage do not tell you exactly how long either phone lasts or how quickly it charges in everyday use. The manufacturers’ playback figures use different test methods, so they should not be treated as an apples-to-apples battery test. The S25 supports wireless charging; the comparison listing specifies 15 W. Check the regional box contents and charger compatibility before buying, particularly because Samsung says the S25 travel adapter is not included.

Cameras: different lenses, not a simple megapixel contest
The S25’s rear-camera setup covers three perspectives: main, ultrawide and telephoto, with 3× optical zoom specified for the telephoto. The 13s comparison listing shows a main camera and a telephoto, but no third rear camera. If you regularly photograph wide landscapes or tight indoor scenes, the S25’s dedicated ultrawide gives it a listed lens option the 13s comparison does not show.

Software support and durability
Samsung lists the Galaxy S25’s security update period through 31 January 2032. That is a concrete support endpoint published by Samsung. The reviewed OnePlus product information does not provide a comparable support-duration statement, so this comparison cannot establish which phone receives security updates for longer.
Gadgets 360 lists IP68 for the S25 and IP65 for the 13s. These are ingress-protection ratings, not a promise that liquid damage is covered by warranty; check each maker’s warranty terms for the region and circumstances that apply.

Quick Recap
Which phone should you buy?
- Choose the OnePlus 13s if the larger stated battery, 80 W wired charging, slightly larger and higher-resolution display, or its lower price in the cited snapshot matters most.
- Choose the Galaxy S25 if you want a lighter phone, a dedicated ultrawide camera in addition to telephoto, wireless charging, or Samsung’s published security-update endpoint. The comparison listing also gives it an IP68 rating.
- Look for controlled reviews if your decision depends on real battery life, charging time, camera results or sustained performance. Specifications alone do not resolve those questions, and processor names do not establish real-world speed or thermal behavior.
