The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is the stronger fit if you want S Pen support, DeX, a higher-resolution display and a published security-update endpoint. The vivo X200 Pro lists a larger battery, faster wired charging and more RAM and storage in the configurations cited here. Neither is the universal winner: prices and specifications vary by country, and the available figures do not establish which phone takes better photos or lasts longer in real use.
