The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is the more versatile choice for display detail and camera reach; the Redmi Turbo 5 is listed with a larger battery, faster wired charging and a much lower India-market price. The better buy depends on which strengths matter most—and Redmi’s specifications and launch details here come from secondary sources, not an official Xiaomi listing.

Which phone has the better display?
The S25 Ultra has the larger screen and is reported with a higher resolution, while both comparison pages list 120 Hz refresh rates. There is a source discrepancy worth checking: 91mobiles gives Samsung’s resolution as 1440 × 3120, while Gadgets360 gives 1400 × 3120. Do not treat either third-party figure as definitive without confirming the exact device specification. The Redmi listing gives 1268 × 2756 for its 6.59-inch AMOLED screen.

On the listed hardware, Samsung offers more distinct rear-camera options, including an ultrawide and two telephoto cameras; Redmi is listed with a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP secondary camera. Samsung’s official announcement confirms a new 50 MP ultrawide sensor in the S25 Ultra. That camera variety makes Samsung the more capable-looking option for varied framing and zoom, but megapixel counts and camera lists alone do not establish real-world image quality.

Both comparison sources list a higher-resolution selfie camera for Redmi: 20 MP versus Samsung’s 12 MP. That specification by itself does not demonstrate better selfies.
Battery, charging and performance
Gadgets360 lists a 7,540 mAh battery and 100 W wired charging for Redmi, compared with 5,000 mAh and 45 W for Samsung. Samsung is listed with wireless charging; Redmi is not. These are specifications, not measured battery endurance or charging times, so they cannot establish which phone lasts longer in a particular person’s use.

Gadgets360 lists Android 15 / One UI 7 for Samsung and Android 16 / HyperOS 3 for Redmi. These are listed software versions, not a basis for inferring update longevity. Versions and support can vary by region and over time, so check the exact SKU and the manufacturer’s current update policy.

- Check local network-band compatibility and whether the seller provides a valid regional warranty.
- Verify current software and the manufacturer’s published support policy for that exact region and model.
- Compare the final price for matching configurations rather than relying on an undated or changing listing.
Samsung’s official German product page describes a specific business SKU; its SIM and network-band details should not be generalized to every country or S25 Ultra variant.
Which phone is the better buy?
Choose the Galaxy S25 Ultra if
- You want the more versatile listed rear-camera arrangement, particularly an ultrawide and telephoto options.
- A larger, higher-resolution display is a priority, while recognizing the cited resolution discrepancy.
- You value wireless charging and are willing to pay substantially more than the cited Redmi India listing.
Consider the Redmi Turbo 5 if
- You prioritize the larger listed battery and faster wired charging.
- The lower India comparison-site price is more important than Samsung’s additional listed camera hardware.
- You can confirm the exact model, warranty, current specifications and carrier compatibility in your market.
This recommendation follows the published specifications and listings, not hands-on testing. For many buyers the deciding trade-off is straightforward: Samsung’s listed hardware offers more camera flexibility, while Redmi’s reported battery and price may be more appealing.
