On the Amazon India prices displayed in a 91mobiles comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is listed at ₹66,500 and the iQOO 15R at ₹53,990. That makes the Samsung ₹12,510 more expensive in India. Those figures are retailer prices for a configuration the page did not identify, and the page’s crawl date was not shown, so treat the gap as a starting point to verify rather than a current quote. Prices and availability change, and the spec differences below are the more durable part of this comparison.
Price difference in India
The table uses the two displayed Amazon India prices and the arithmetic difference between them. The difference is calculated from those two numbers; it is not a figure published by either manufacturer or by Amazon.

| Phone | Market and retailer | Displayed price | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge | India, Amazon India | ₹66,500 | ₹12,510 higher than the iQOO 15R (about 23% above its displayed price) |
| iQOO 15R | India, Amazon India | ₹53,990 | Reference price for the gap |
The gap cannot be treated as a like-for-like verdict yet. The comparison page does not establish which storage and memory configuration each price refers to, which seller is shipping each phone, or whether either listing carried bank or retailer offers at the time it was captured. Samsung states that its prices and availability vary by country, region, or carrier, so a price found in one market does not transfer to another.
The Indonesia launch price is a different market
iQOO Indonesia’s official release, dated February 25, 2026, gives a starting price of Rp7,299,000 for the 15R in Indonesia. This figure is in Indonesian rupiah and belongs to a different market. It is not an Indian price, and this article does not convert it into rupees. A meaningful conversion would need a dated exchange rate and an explanation of local taxes, bundles and launch terms, none of which are covered here.

How to check a like-for-like price before you buy
Because the displayed prices may describe different configurations, confirm the following on both listings before deciding that one phone is cheaper.
- Match the storage and memory configuration. Open each listing and write down the storage and RAM it names. Only compare listings that name the same combination.
- Match the variant and region. Confirm that both listings are for the Indian retail variant and that the model number or variant name is the one you intend to buy.
- Record the seller and delivery terms. Note who is selling and shipping each phone, since the comparison page does not say.
- Record the offers separately. Note bank, card or retailer offers on each listing with the date you checked them. Compare the price before offers and after offers as two separate numbers.
- Re-check on more than one day. Displayed prices move, so a single reading is only a point in time. Record the date and time of each check.
Specifications side by side
The table below lists only figures that appear in the sources used for this comparison. Where a source does not give a value for a phone, the table says so.

Samsung’s battery and charging figures come from a comparison page rather than from Samsung’s own specification page. Check them against Samsung’s official specifications for the exact model before relying on them for a purchase decision.
Battery and charging: what the numbers do and do not say
The iQOO 15R’s 7,600 mAh figure is a typical value stated by the manufacturer, not a guaranteed minimum, and it does not predict how long the phone will last under your own use. The 100 W and 25 W figures refer to wired charging only. The sources used here do not compare wireless charging for either phone, so no conclusion about wireless charging can be drawn from them.

Display refresh rate needs a check
iQOO’s product overview advertises the 15R’s display at 144 Hz, while its India parameter page lists 130 Hz for normal scenes. The sources do not resolve which figure applies to every regional model. Before buying, ask the seller or iQOO India which refresh rate the exact model you are considering supports, and treat 144 Hz as unconfirmed until that is answered. Once you own the phone, its display settings show which refresh rate options are available.
Cameras: megapixels are not the same as photo quality
On paper, the Galaxy S25 Edge’s 200 MP main camera has a much higher resolution than the iQOO 15R’s 50 MP main camera. A megapixel count describes the sensor’s resolution only. It does not account for sensor size, lens quality, image processing or software, all of which affect the final photo. The sources used here include no side-by-side image tests, so they do not establish which phone takes better photos. For that, look for independent photo comparisons taken under the same lighting conditions, and do not treat the megapixel figures as a ranking.

Which phone suits which buyer
The evidence supports a narrower decision than a single winner. On the figures available, the sensible way to choose depends on three priorities.
