What the specifications mean for a shortlist
Display
The screen is an HD+ PLS LCD with a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz. It is not an AMOLED panel, and its resolution is 720 × 1600. The listed refresh rate describes the maximum supported rate, not a guarantee that every app or activity runs at 90 Hz.
Cameras
The rear setup combines a 50 MP camera and a 2 MP secondary camera. Samsung lists autofocus but no OIS, so the specifications do not support treating the main camera as optically stabilized. Megapixel counts alone do not establish image quality; the available sources do not provide independent camera testing.

Performance claims
Samsung’s product page attributes an AnTuTu score of 422,141 to NanoReview processor tests. That is a cited processor-test figure, not a handset benchmark measured for this article, and it should not be read as a direct prediction of everyday speed.

Compare like-for-like RAM and storage options rather than treating all Galaxy M06 5G listings as the same deal. For any alternative phone, compare the same storage tier alongside display resolution and technology, processor, camera stabilization, charging package and verified software support. A lower listing price may not be the better value if it is for a different configuration or excludes a charger you need.

Launch-date listings
Samsung’s product pages give different launch-date labels for different configurations: February 27, 2025 for the 6 GB + 128 GB page and May 8, 2025 for the 4 GB + 64 GB page. A 91mobiles listing gives March 7, 2025 as the official launch date. These sources therefore do not establish one consistent launch date for the phone across variants.
