Neither phone is a clear winner on the available listings alone. Gadgets Now shows the Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G ₹1,000 cheaper than the Moto g max 5G, while 91mobiles shows a ₹1,309 gap. Both comparison pages describe Samsung as having a Super AMOLED display and report longer software support, but the Moto’s listed battery capacity and rear-camera details conflict across sources. Check the exact variant and manufacturer-confirmed specifications before buying.
Price difference: Samsung is listed lower, but not by one fixed amount
Comparison-site snapshots put both phones in a similar price band in India, with Samsung lower in the cited examples. They are not verified live checkout prices, and the pages do not establish that the compared listings use identical RAM and storage configurations.

| Source and listing context | Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G | Moto g max 5G | Reported difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gadgets Now default comparison | ₹25,999 | ₹26,999 | Samsung is ₹1,000 lower |
| 91mobiles, with Amazon references | ₹26,290 | ₹27,599 | Samsung is ₹1,309 lower |
These figures are reported by Gadgets Now and 91mobiles; neither should be treated as a guaranteed current price. Gadgets Now also has a separate variant page with different prices. Compare the same RAM/storage configuration and the final delivered price at checkout before deciding.

Display: the listings favor Samsung’s panel type
Gadgets Now and 91mobiles list a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display for the Samsung and a 6.72-inch LCD for the Moto. Gadgets360 gives approximately the same sizes, but agreement among comparison pages is not manufacturer confirmation. The cited listings do not establish resolution, refresh rate, brightness, or other panel details, so those should be checked against the retailer’s exact variant and official product information.

Battery: a key Moto specification is unresolved
All three comparison pages list the Samsung battery at 6,000 mAh. For the Moto g max 5G, Gadgets Now and 91mobiles report 7,000 mAh, while Gadgets360 reports 5,200 mAh. That is a material conflict, not a small rounding difference; the available listings do not establish which capacity is correct.
Do not choose the Moto on the assumption that it has a 7,000 mAh battery until Motorola’s product information or the exact retail listing confirms it. The comparison sources cited here also do not provide independently measured endurance or enough consistent charging information to support a battery-life verdict.

Cameras: don’t use the conflicting megapixel listings as a quality score
Gadgets Now lists the Samsung rear cameras as 50 MP + 5 MP + 2 MP and the Moto as 50 MP + 8 MP. Gadgets360 instead lists the Moto’s rear cameras as 200 MP + 8 MP. Without manufacturer confirmation, the Moto camera configuration cannot be stated definitively. In any case, megapixel counts alone do not establish photo quality, and the cited comparison pages provide no independent camera testing.
Software and updates: Samsung is listed with longer support
Gadgets Now and 91mobiles report six years of OS and security updates for the Samsung, versus two OS upgrades and three years of security updates for the Moto. These are comparison-site listings rather than confirmed manufacturer commitments. The base software version is also inconsistent: Gadgets Now lists Android 15 for Samsung and Android 16 for Moto, while Gadgets360 lists Android 16 for both. Verify the version shipping on the exact device and the written support policy with the manufacturer before treating these periods as settled.

Launch dates: the Moto date differs by source
Gadgets Now lists August 3, 2026, for the Samsung and August 14, 2026, for the Moto. Gadgets360 agrees on August 3 for Samsung but gives June 12, 2026, for the Moto. The Moto launch date is therefore unresolved in the cited listings. A launch date does not settle which software version or variant is currently on sale.

- Consider the Samsung if its listed Super AMOLED panel and reported longer update support matter to you, and the price for your chosen configuration is competitive. Confirm both features with Samsung or the seller.
- Consider the Moto if its exact confirmed configuration, display, or other verified features suit you better. Do not rely on the disputed battery or camera figures in comparison listings.
- Pause before ordering either one if the seller cannot clearly identify the RAM/storage variant, final delivered price, battery capacity, camera hardware, shipping software version, and applicable update policy.
