Which display is better for your use?
The F36 has the stronger specification for sharpness and panel technology: its FHD+ Super AMOLED resolution is 2340 × 1080, compared with the K14’s HD+ LCD at 1570 × 720. Both manufacturers list refresh rates of up to 120 Hz. That shared refresh-rate figure does not make the screens equivalent: resolution and display type are distinct differences likely to matter when reading text, viewing fine detail or watching video.
Which phone has the bigger battery and faster listed charging?
OPPO specifies a 7000 mAh typical battery and support for up to 45 W SUPERVOOC charging; Samsung specifies 5000 mAh typical capacity for the F36. The capacities alone cannot establish actual runtime, which depends on usage and other conditions. OPPO also claims up to 18.9 hours of YouTube playback and five-year battery durability in its March 2026 launch announcement; those are OPPO’s stated claims, not independently verified measurements (OPPO India launch announcement). Samsung lists up to 17 hours of video playback, also a manufacturer figure.

Camera and video differences
Samsung explicitly lists OIS for the F36’s 50 MP main camera, plus 4K UHD recording at 30 fps and a 13 MP front camera. OPPO lists a 50 MP wide rear camera, a 2 MP monochrome camera, an 8 MP front camera and rear recording up to 1080p at 60 fps in the listed modes. The published specifications do not establish which phone takes better photos; megapixel counts alone cannot determine image quality.
Price difference: compare the same variant and date
The price figures available are not an apples-to-apples snapshot of current transaction prices. Samsung’s India buy page displayed ₹21,999 as the starting price for the F36 6 GB/128 GB configuration when observed in 2026. OPPO’s March 2026 launch announcement set a ₹17,999 launch price for the K14 6 GB/128 GB, a ₹19,999 launch price for 6 GB/256 GB and ₹21,999 for 8 GB/256 GB, with sales starting 20 March 2026. On the stated base figures, the Samsung displayed price is ₹4,000 higher than OPPO’s historical launch price—but that comparison does not show today’s price difference. OPPO’s product page showed ₹25,999 for 6 GB/128 GB when crawled, demonstrating why a launch price should not be treated as a live offer.
