Samsung’s current flagship earbuds are the Galaxy Buds4 Pro, introduced with the Galaxy Buds4 series in 2026. The biggest headline offer—a reported Australian sale advertising up to 35% off—ended on October 14. As of October 17, the potentially useful live route is Samsung’s Samsung Week campaign, running October 12 through November 1, while retailer prices and any country-specific cashback must be checked at checkout.
What the discount was—and why it is no longer available
Tom’s Guide reported a 48-hour Samsung Secret Sale in Australia on October 12, 2026. The promotion advertised up to 35% off selected products, including Galaxy Buds4 Pro, with checkout code SECRETGALAXY. It ended at 11 a.m. AEDT on October 14, 2026. That code and percentage should therefore be treated as an expired Australian flash sale, not a universal or current discount.

The promotion’s geography matters: an Australian checkout code may not work in another country, and the sale’s end time has passed even for Australian shoppers. If a retailer still displays an old banner or cached search result, verify the final cart total rather than assuming the advertised saving remains available.

Samsung’s current flagship earbuds
The Galaxy Buds4 Pro are the top model in Samsung’s 2026 Galaxy Buds4 family. Samsung’s US launch materials described a limited-time promotion offering $150 in Samsung Credit for qualifying Galaxy-device purchases made from March 11 through April 6, 2026. That was a launch-period credit offer, not a standing reduction in the earbuds’ price, and its qualifying-device and redemption rules applied.
Samsung also cited a study in which 8 in 10 Gen Alphas use or engage with an ecosystem of connected devices. That figure is ecosystem context, not a test result or evidence that Buds4 Pro sound quality, noise cancellation or battery life outperform competing earbuds.

The promotion that is still running
Samsung’s official Samsung Week campaign runs from October 12 to November 1, 2026. The announcement specifically highlights Galaxy Buds4 Pro and says Samsung.com shoppers can combine the campaign with available Rewards benefits, eligible trade-in savings, free next-day delivery on eligible products and Samsung support. The campaign is the most relevant official place to check on October 17, but it does not guarantee one fixed Buds4 Pro price in every country.
Eligibility can depend on the shopper’s market, account status, product configuration and stock. Before paying, check whether a displayed reduction is an instant checkout saving, a later credit, a trade-in value or a combination. Also confirm delivery charges, return terms and the warranty provider shown for your country.

Other reported prices and cashback offers
TechRadar’s 2026 deal table listed Galaxy Buds4 Pro at $189.99 versus $249.99. Those figures are a dated retailer snapshot, not a guaranteed current price, and the currency and retailer context should be confirmed on the live product page.
A separate UK cashback promotion reported on September 14 covered Buds4 Pro bought by October 9, 2026. Claims had to be submitted within 30 days. Reported participating retailers included Amazon, Samsung, Currys, Argos, AO and Very. A purchase made after October 9 does not qualify under that reported window, and an eligible purchase still required a claim by the applicable deadline.

How to look for the lowest legitimate price
- Start with your country’s Samsung site. Open the Galaxy Buds4 Pro product page during Samsung Week and record the final delivered total, not just the headline percentage.
- Check account and trade-in benefits. Sign in to see whether Rewards or a qualifying trade-in changes the total. Confirm that any credit is immediate or issued later.
- Compare authorized retailers in the same currency. Check stock, seller identity, delivery fees, warranty coverage and return period. A lower sticker price can disappear after shipping or non-local warranty terms.
- Separate cashback from an instant discount. Cashback normally requires a qualifying purchase, proof such as an order number, and an online claim before a deadline. Do not subtract it from today’s budget unless the rules state when and how it is paid.
- Confirm phone compatibility and support. If you own a Galaxy phone, review which advertised ecosystem features require a compatible model or software version. If you use another Android phone or an iPhone, verify supported functions before ordering.
- Save the terms and receipt. Keep the promotion page, checkout confirmation and claim submission record until any credit or cashback arrives and the return period ends.
What buyers should verify before checkout
- The country in which the retailer is authorized to sell the earbuds and the currency of the final charge.
- Whether the offer applies to Buds4 Pro specifically, rather than another Galaxy Buds4 model or a bundle.
- Whether a trade-in is required and when the old device must be shipped or inspected.
- The promised delivery date, local warranty and return conditions.
- Any promotion end date, claim deadline, account requirement or limit per customer.
- Whether the seller is the retailer itself or a marketplace third party.
Bottom line for October 17, 2026
The dramatic “up to 35% off” headline refers to an Australian Samsung Secret Sale that has ended. The $189.99 figure is a historical retailer snapshot, and the UK cashback purchase window has also closed. For a new purchase now, check Samsung Week through November 1 first, then compare the final delivered totals from authorized retailers in your country. Treat any code, cashback or trade-in value as valid only when the live terms confirm the eligibility and deadline.
