The Galaxy A57 is the clearer choice if long-term software support and a more versatile listed rear-camera setup matter most. The OnePlus Nord CE 6 5G has the stronger claimed display-refresh, battery-capacity and charging figures in the available comparison, but those specifications come from secondary reporting. There is no reliable single price difference: Samsung’s $549.99 figure is a US launch price, while the other available prices are India listings captured at a particular time.

Which phone fits your priorities?
Choose the Galaxy A57 for its listed camera range and stated support
The A57 has three listed rear cameras: wide, ultra-wide and macro. That gives it more documented focal-length options than the two-camera setup reported for the Nord CE 6. It is also the only phone here with a sourced software-support commitment: Samsung says supported Galaxy devices can receive up to six generations of OS and One UI upgrades and up to six years of security updates. “Up to” is conditional, and Samsung says availability and timing vary by model and market.
Consider the Nord CE 6 if its reported display and battery figures lead
The reported 6.78-inch, 144 Hz display is slightly larger and has a higher maximum refresh rate than the A57’s official 6.7-inch, up-to-120 Hz screen. Its reported 8,000 mAh battery and 80 W charging also exceed the A57’s 5,000 mAh typical capacity and 45 W charging figure. These are specification differences, not proof of longer real-world battery life or faster charging in every condition. Refresh rate and size also do not establish which display looks better.

Do not pick a camera by megapixels alone
The reported Nord CE 6 front camera has a higher megapixel count, while Samsung lists an ultra-wide rear camera and macro camera not present in the reported OnePlus setup. Counts and camera types describe hardware, not resulting photo quality. No comparable testing in the available sources establishes a camera-quality winner.
Price difference: compare the same market and date
| Price reference | Samsung Galaxy A57 5G | OnePlus Nord CE 6 5G |
|---|---|---|
| US launch price | $549.99 starting price; US availability began April 9, 2026 (Samsung) | |
| India listing snapshot | ₹58,999 on 91mobiles, marked out of stock when accessed October 7, 2026 | ₹37,999 on Amazon, as reported by 91mobiles on October 7, 2026 |
The India snapshot implies a ₹21,000 listed-price gap, but it is not a dependable current buying difference: the A57 was marked out of stock, and listing prices can change. Do not subtract the Nord’s India listing from Samsung’s US launch price. Check live prices for the same country, storage configuration and seller before deciding. A separate Gizmochina comparison also cautions that regional prices vary with location, taxes and unit.

What to verify before buying
- Confirm the exact regional model and storage configuration; the listed prices are not a matched configuration comparison.
- Check current local stock and seller pricing rather than relying on the October 7, 2026 India snapshot.
- For the Nord CE 6, verify specifications and software-support terms with OnePlus for the market where you plan to buy; the figures cited here are secondary reports.
- Samsung says the charger is sold separately, so confirm compatible charging equipment and whether it is included with the particular listing.
