Prices: compare within one country and storage tier

OnePlus India’s purchase page lists the Nord 6 at ₹42,999 for 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, or ₹47,999 for 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. These are India page prices and may change. OnePlus India
Because the prices come from different countries and pricing contexts, subtracting one from the other would be misleading. To judge value, look up both phones’ current prices in the same market and compare the closest storage configuration. What the published Nord 6 specifications establish
OnePlus India specifies a 6.78-inch (17.23 cm) AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution (2772 × 1272) and a 165 Hz refresh rate. It also lists a 9000 mAh battery, 80 W charging and the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent comparative test results. OnePlus India
OnePlus states that the Nord 6 will receive four Android OS updates and six years of security updates. That is the company’s stated support commitment for this model. The available Samsung announcement does not establish a matching Galaxy A57 support term, so verify Samsung’s current commitment for your region before treating support duration as a deciding point.

What remains unconfirmed in a direct comparison
The available official material does not provide a complete, matched Galaxy A57 specification set alongside the Nord 6. In particular, it is not enough to declare which phone has the better camera, faster sustained performance, brighter outdoor screen or longer battery life. Nor is there a verified independent head-to-head test of the two models.

OnePlus’s stated battery endurance, gaming frame-rate and connectivity results are manufacturer claims tied to its stated test conditions; they should not be read as independent results or guaranteed everyday outcomes. A fair comparison of performance and cameras requires comparable testing of both phones under the same conditions.

- Start with your local prices. Compare equivalent storage and note whether each figure is a standard listing or a time-limited offer.
- Choose for display priorities. The Nord 6’s listed 165 Hz refresh rate may matter if you value very smooth scrolling or compatible high-refresh gameplay. Refresh rate alone does not establish outdoor readability or overall display quality.
- Consider battery and charging needs. The Nord 6’s listed capacity is 9000 mAh and its listed charging rate is 80 W. These figures describe rated specifications; they do not by themselves establish real-world endurance or charging time.
- Weigh support duration. OnePlus states four Android OS updates and six years of security updates for Nord 6. Check the corresponding regional Samsung policy rather than assuming it matches.
- Compare cameras using evidence, not spec-sheet assumptions. Since a verified head-to-head image-quality result is not established here, look for comparable sample photos and tests before deciding on camera performance.
