The iQOO Z11 has the bigger, higher-refresh-rate display and larger listed battery; the Samsung Galaxy A56 offers Samsung’s stated software-support commitment and a three-camera rear setup. For India buyers, the observed prices are for different storage configurations, so they are not a like-for-like price comparison.

Which phone has the better display?
On listed specifications, the iQOO Z11 offers the larger panel, higher resolution and faster maximum refresh rate: 6.83 inches, 1.5K and up to 144 Hz, against the A56’s 6.7-inch-class FHD+ screen at up to 120 Hz. A higher refresh rate can make supported motion appear smoother, but these figures alone do not prove that one display looks better in every setting.

Battery and charging: capacity is not runtime
The Z11’s 7050 mAh typical battery capacity is higher than the A56’s 5000 mAh typical capacity. Capacity is not a measurement of how long a phone lasts between charges: actual endurance depends on usage and other conditions, and no independent head-to-head battery test is established here.
#1 Best Overall
- 25W Samsung Super Fast Charger Included, 6.7" FHD+ Super AMOLED, 120Hz, HDR10+, 1080x2340px, Fingerprint (under display, optical), IP67 dust and water resistance
- 256GB, 8GB, No SD Card Slot, Exynos 1580 (4nm), Octa-core, Xclipse 540 GPU, Android 15, up to 6 major Android upgrades, One UI 7
- Rear Camera: 50MP, f/1.8 + 12MP, f/2.2 + 5MP, f/2.4, Front Camera: 12MP, f/2.2, 5000mAh Battery, Bluetooth 5.3
Samsung specifies 45 W charging for the A56, while iQOO lists 44 W for the Z11. The accessory difference matters when budgeting: Samsung’s purchase page says a travel adapter is not included, whereas iQOO says its standard charger is included.
Cameras: compare the setups, not just megapixels
Samsung lists three rear cameras: a 50 MP main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 12 MP ultrawide and a 5 MP macro. The Z11 has a 50 MP OIS main camera and an 8 MP ultrawide. The A56 therefore lists an additional macro camera, while the Z11 lists the higher-resolution front camera at 32 MP versus 12 MP on the A56.
Those specifications describe camera hardware, not image quality. Megapixel counts do not establish which phone takes better photos or selfies, and no comparable independent camera testing is available here.

- The included 25W Fast Charger is a generic accessory and is not a Samsung-branded charger, 6.7" FHD+ Super AMOLED, 120Hz, HDR10+, 1080x2340px, Fingerprint (under display, optical), IP67 dust and water resistance

Software support and durability
Updates
Samsung states that the Galaxy A56 supports up to six generations of OS upgrades and up to six years of security updates. The official iQOO pages reviewed did not state a comparable Z11 support duration, so a matching update promise should not be assumed.
Water and dust resistance
Samsung lists IP67 for the A56. iQOO lists IP68/IP69 for the Z11 and qualifies the claim with laboratory test conditions; it also warns that resistance “is not permanent and may be reduced with daily use.” Neither rating should be read as a guarantee that a phone will remain waterproof or withstand every exposure. Follow each manufacturer’s care guidance.

When checked in 2026, iQOO’s India e-store displayed ₹39,999 for the Z11 with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. The store also listed 6 GB/128 GB, 8 GB/256 GB and 12 GB/256 GB options, but the observed ₹39,999 figure applies specifically to the 8 GB/128 GB configuration.
Because the observed prices cover different storage tiers—and prices, discounts and stock can change—there is no single permanent price difference to quote. Check the seller’s live price and compare the same RAM and storage configuration before buying.
Quick Recap
Which one should you buy?
- Choose the iQOO Z11 if the listed display size, resolution and refresh rate, or its larger stated battery capacity, are your main priorities. Its front camera also has the higher listed resolution.
- Choose the Samsung Galaxy A56 if Samsung’s published update commitment matters to you, or you want the listed rear macro camera in addition to main and ultrawide cameras.
- Compare further before deciding if chipset speed, gaming, camera results or real-world battery life will determine your purchase. The specifications here do not establish a performance winner, and no independent head-to-head testing is available to settle those questions.
