Which phone has the better display?
On the listed specifications, the Nord CE 6 has the edge in size, resolution, and refresh rate: 6.78 inches, 1272 × 2772 pixels, and 144Hz, compared with the A36’s 6.7-inch, 1080 × 2340, 120Hz display. That makes the Nord the stronger paper choice for shoppers prioritizing those display figures. Specifications alone do not establish which screen looks better in person.
Which has the larger battery, and what does that tell you?
The Nord CE 6’s listed 8,000 mAh capacity is substantially higher than the A36’s 5,000 mAh. OnePlus lists 80W SUPERVOOC charging support for the Nord. Capacity and charging specifications do not establish real-world endurance or charging time: those depend on use and conditions, and no comparable independent battery test for the two phones is established here. OnePlus also describes “6 years of battery health” as a product claim; its page’s footnote refers to a typical charging pattern and notes that environmental factors can affect battery health.

What do the chipset and weight differences mean?
The comparison listings identify a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 in the Nord CE 6 and a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 in the Galaxy A36. The A36 is listed at 195 g, against 215 g for the Nord. That 20 g difference may matter if you prefer a lighter handset; the Nord’s larger battery and display come with the higher listed weight.

Which should you buy?
Choose the Galaxy A36 5G if
- The lower price in the cited listings matters most, subject to checking today’s seller price and offers.
- You prefer the lighter listed weight.
- You value the longer software-support period reported by the comparison source and confirm that it applies to your purchase.
Choose the OnePlus Nord CE 6 5G if
- You prioritize a larger stated battery and 80W SUPERVOOC support.
- You want the higher listed display resolution and refresh rate.
- You are comfortable paying more in the cited price snapshots and with the higher listed weight.
Before ordering either phone, verify the precise RAM and storage variant, the current India seller price, whether a charger or other accessories are included, and the warranty terms. Neither the listed battery capacity nor chipset alone establishes a real-world winner.
