In particular, the display brightness figures refer to different manufacturer-stated modes, so they are not directly comparable measurements. Camera resolution and sensor counts also do not establish which phone takes better photos.

The OPPO K13 Turbo Pro is the more gaming-oriented pick by published hardware: OPPO lists a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 and an integrated active fan, alongside vapor-chamber and graphite cooling. Samsung lists a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 for the Galaxy A36 in India and says its larger vapor chamber helps sustain performance. Those specifications favor the OPPO for a buyer prioritizing gaming hardware, but they are not a substitute for comparable independent tests.

OPPO’s India launch material says the fan runs at 18,000rpm and claims the phone can be 2°C–4°C cooler in BGMI. Its product page also claims up to 120fps for three hours and a 25°C surface temperature. These are OPPO claims, not independently verified results here; actual performance depends on the game, settings and conditions.
Which has the better battery and charging?
OPPO lists a larger battery capacity and a higher maximum wired charging rate: 7,000mAh typical (6,830mAh rated) and up to 80W, compared with Samsung India’s 5,000mAh and 45W for the A36. These figures identify the stated capacities and charging maxima; they do not establish real-world battery life or a guaranteed charge time. Usage, network conditions and charger compatibility affect what you get.

What is the price difference?
A current price difference cannot be established from the available official figures because they do not provide a same-country, same-date comparison for matching configurations. Samsung Japan announced a SIM-free Galaxy A36 price of ¥50,490 including tax, specifically at Samsung’s online shop on 19 June 2025; sales there began on 26 June 2025. That dated Japan price is not a current international benchmark, and it cannot fairly be compared with a listing from another market.

- Choose the OPPO K13 Turbo Pro if gaming-focused hardware, an integrated fan, greater stated battery capacity or a higher listed charging maximum are your priorities. Treat sustained-play and cooling figures as OPPO’s claims.
- Choose the Samsung Galaxy A36 if Samsung’s published six-generation OS and six-year security-update commitment matters most, or if you prefer its stated IP67 rating and Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection.
- Compare locally before deciding if price, camera quality or battery endurance is decisive. The available specifications do not establish a current matched price, independent camera winner or comparative battery-test result.
IP ratings describe tested resistance, not immunity to damage or permanent waterproofing. Confirm the rating for the regional model you are buying and follow each maker’s care guidance.
