How the displays differ
The V29e offers a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED screen with a stated 120Hz refresh rate; the A35 has a 6.6-inch Super AMOLED display with up to 120Hz. Both are FHD+ class panels. Choose the V29e if you specifically want a larger, curved screen. The diagonal measurement alone does not tell you how much usable content fits on screen, and the specifications do not establish which display looks better in use.

Camera hardware: selfie resolution versus rear-camera options
For selfies
On paper, the V29e’s 50MP autofocus front camera has substantially higher resolution than the A35’s 13MP front camera. That makes the V29e the more obvious choice for someone prioritizing selfie-camera hardware, but megapixels do not establish image quality. The cited material contains no controlled comparison of detail, skin tones, focus or low-light performance.
For rear-camera flexibility
The A35 lists three rear cameras: a 50MP OIS main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide and a 5MP macro. The V29e lists a 64MP OIS main camera and an 8MP wide-angle camera. The A35 therefore has a separately listed macro camera, while both phones offer a wider-view option alongside an OIS-equipped main camera. Camera counts and megapixel figures cannot predict which phone takes better photos; no side-by-side test is available here.

Performance and software support
Samsung’s India product page gives the A35’s CPU as octa-core, with listed speeds of 2.4GHz and 2GHz, but the reviewed product material does not identify its chipset. vivo names the V29e’s Qualcomm Snapdragon 695. Those details are not enough to establish which phone is faster: no benchmark results or comparative performance tests are provided.
Samsung’s March 11, 2024 launch announcement committed the A35 to up to four generations of Android OS and One UI upgrades, plus five years of security updates. The cited V29e specification page names Funtouch OS 13 Global but does not give a matching support-period commitment. For buyers who place a high value on a stated update window, Samsung’s commitment is clearer in the available manufacturer material.

Battery capacity and charging
Both manufacturers list a 5,000mAh typical battery. Capacity alone does not establish which phone lasts longer: screen settings, network conditions, apps and usage affect runtime, and no comparable battery test is available here.
vivo lists 44W FlashCharge for the V29e; Samsung describes 25W Super Fast Charging for the A35 and says its India-page wall charger is sold separately. The wattage figures show the stated charging rates, not a guaranteed full-charge time or sustained real-world speed. If you need to buy an adapter for the A35, include that cost when comparing the complete setup.

Price difference: what can be established
vivo Store India lists the V29e at ₹31,999 MRP for 8GB/128GB; the official store search results also list ₹33,999 MRP for 8GB/256GB. Store prices and availability can change, and MRP is not necessarily the price offered at checkout. The cited Samsung product material does not provide a directly comparable current transaction price, so there is no substantiated numerical price difference between the phones here.
For a fair comparison, check the same market and date, match storage capacity, and compare actual selling prices rather than one phone’s MRP with the other phone’s sale price. Also confirm stock and the exact RAM/storage configuration before deciding; an offer on one variant is not a like-for-like comparison with another.
