Which phone has the better screen and handling?

Both support expandable storage through a hybrid SIM/microSD slot. Samsung lists support up to 1TB on the A35 and up to 2TB on the F36. Using the slot for a memory card means giving up the SIM position that the hybrid tray shares, so check the tray arrangement and your SIM needs before relying on expansion.
Battery, charging, and durability
Samsung lists a 5,000mAh typical battery for each phone. Capacity alone cannot predict how long either will last: screen settings, signal conditions, apps, and usage all affect endurance. Samsung Newsroom India’s March 2024 A35 launch announcement states up to four generations of Android OS upgrades and five years of security updates for the Galaxy A35. The current-plans wording on the F36 product page is not a commitment or obligation, so it does not establish the same support period for the F36. The cited F36 specification extract also does not establish an IP rating; consult the full current local documentation before treating either phone as having a particular water-resistance rating.
What is the price difference in India?
A reliable current price gap cannot be established from the available price snapshots. Samsung Newsroom India announced March 2024 launch prices of ₹27,999 for the A35 8GB/128GB and ₹30,999 for the A35 8GB/256GB, with specified launch cashback terms. Those are historical launch figures, not current street prices. Third-party comparison pages show inconsistent snapshots: 91mobiles displayed ₹18,999 for the A35 and ₹21,999 for the F36, while Smartprix displayed ₹26,990 for the A35 and ₹22,434 for the F36.
