What the battery and camera differences mean
M47: more stated battery capacity
Samsung India lists a 6,000mAh typical battery for the M47’s 8GB/128GB variant, compared with 5,000mAh in Samsung’s regional A26 listing. Capacity alone does not show how long either phone lasts in everyday use: screen settings, signal conditions, software, and workload all matter. The cited specifications do not establish comparative battery-test results.

A26: higher-resolution ultrawide on paper
The A26 listing specifies an 8MP ultrawide camera, while the M47 listing specifies a 5MP ultrawide. Both comparisons list a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization, and each has a 2MP macro camera. These figures describe hardware, not sample-tested image quality; megapixel count alone cannot establish which phone takes better photos.
Display, software, and support
Both are listed with a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display and a 120Hz refresh rate (the A26 listing says up to 120Hz). The Smartprix snapshot lists Android 15 for the A26 and Android 16 for the M47, but software versions and update status can change over time and by region.

- Choose the M47 if its Indian-market configuration is available where you live and the larger stated battery, 45W charging, or listed microSD support matters most to you. Its 45W charger is sold separately.
- Choose the A26 if you prefer the listed 8MP ultrawide camera over the M47’s 5MP unit, or if the A26 is easier to find with the warranty and network compatibility you need in your region.
- Compare again before paying if your decision depends on price: the ₹26 gap is only what Smartprix displayed in its September 16, 2026 snapshot, not a guaranteed current difference.
The available specifications do not establish which phone is faster, lasts longer in testing, or produces better photos. For a sound purchase decision, confirm the exact local SKU and 5G bands, compare like-for-like storage versions and current seller prices, and look for independent battery and camera tests for those variants.
