The Galaxy F70 Pro 5G is reported by comparison databases to offer a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chip and a larger battery, but those details were not confirmed by a Samsung product page. Compare verified local configurations and prices before choosing; the available price listings are from different markets and cannot establish a fair price difference.
At a glance: what is confirmed and what is reported
The A26 details below come from Samsung’s Philippines product page and apply to that regional product listing. F70 Pro details are third-party database claims, not Samsung-confirmed specifications. Configurations and features can vary by country.

How much do the Galaxy A26 and F70 Pro cost?
The available figures do not support a reliable direct price comparison. Smartprix displayed observed prices of ₹27,990 for the A26 and ₹26,282 for the F70 Pro on a page last updated October 3, 2026. These are time-sensitive secondary listings, and the listing details do not establish that both prices apply to matching configurations, sellers, or terms.

Separately, Samsung’s US MSRP list effective March 2026 gives the unlocked 128GB Galaxy A26 a $299.99 list price and marks that SKU EOL. Samsung says prices may change without notice. This is a dated US list-price reference, not a current street price or a statement about availability elsewhere. See Samsung’s March 2026 US MSRP list.
For a useful price check, compare the same country, RAM and storage configuration, and seller conditions. Include warranty coverage, return terms, and whether the phone supports your local network bands; do not infer a current price gap from the rupee listings and US MSRP.

Which phone is the better fit?
Choose the Galaxy A26 if documented support and protection matter most
Samsung’s Philippines page provides a verifiable set of specifications, an IP67 rating, and a stated update commitment. That makes the A26 easier to assess before purchase, especially if water and dust resistance or a published support period is important to you. Confirm that the same features and support terms apply to the A26 variant sold in your country.
Consider the F70 Pro if its reported battery and processor are verified locally
The reported 6,000 mAh battery is larger than the A26’s listed 5,000 mAh battery, while Gadgets360 attributes a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor and 45W charging to the F70 Pro. These may appeal if battery capacity, charging, or that platform is your priority, but they remain comparison-site claims here. Check a region-specific Samsung page or a reputable local retailer listing before relying on them.

Do not decide on camera megapixels alone
The reported rear-camera combinations differ, but megapixel counts do not establish image quality. The available evidence does not provide comparable camera testing, so consider hands-on samples from the exact regional models if photography is central to your decision.
Quick Recap
What to verify before you buy
- Confirm the exact model number, country variant, RAM, and storage on the listing.
- Check local network compatibility, seller warranty, return policy, and whether the device is new and officially distributed.
- For the F70 Pro, verify processor, battery, charging speed, software version, update terms, IP rating, NFC, and included accessories against a region-specific product or retailer source. The databases conflict on NFC, and Smartprix leaves in-box details blank; neither point should be guessed.
- For the A26, check local availability and the support terms for your market rather than assuming the Philippines listing or US EOL status applies worldwide.
